((Who cares? My post was awesome, lmao but i changed it, and Reso, Just change it to you walk into the forest, because technically, see a comrade fighting someone u didnt know u should defend. But remember, the air is full of Wine, so breathing causes intoxication...))

Adamaru pulled Tane in close. To preoccupied with the sparring to notice the chunnin using a mud style jutsu, he cocked his head back and let it go to a head butt aimed right for Tane's face. If his theory was right, Tane was a more dangerous fighter when drunk, so better cause some sense slamming damage to sober the man up a bit. As the headbutt was in progress his footing gave way and his feet slipped out from under him. The fall caused the head butt to be stopped but being as the strap connecting Adamaru's hands were around Tane's neck he only had one way he could go and that was down with Adamaru.

Tane lost his balance slightly and teetered, trying to hold himself and Adamaru up, though the slick mud made it near impossible. They crashed to the ground, Tane flipping over himself and landing near Adamaru's head, he spun in the mud, unwinding the strap from his neck, and then jumped up, slipping and sliding. He reached out and grabbed a vine, and it hoisted him up and over, he landed on dry ground. Looking back, he preformed a quick Snake seal and grapes grew in a frenzy, exploding and covering the air in a purple mist making it hard to see. He reached out and one of the seed pods that he carried slipped from the vine, killing every vine in the network, leaving nothing but two ninja, mud, and dead vines. Tane had disappeared again.

Adamaru got up and wiped the mud off of his face. he turned to the interrupting chunnin and called him forward. "You come here!" he called out. "What is your name and rank?"

Masashi watched the ninja disappear. "Hah! Running away?!" He laughed victoriously. He jumped a bit when the jounin addressed him, and he saluted while saying "Masashi Kamizuru, Chuunin, sir!" He said dutifully.

Adamaru loosened the weights around his forearms and shins and tossed them to the side kicking up dirt as they slammed hard into the ground. "Do you know you interrupted a sparring match between me and a total stranger to our village?" He asked as he unfastened the chest weights and lifting them off. "As a ninja it is you're job to know the situation at all times and not react to hastily to something that might not even be a big deal." He gave Masashi a blank stare that was meant to make him VERY uncomfortable.

He looked at the jounin and felt supremely compelled to die. "Well, sir, I just, thought you needed some back up is all...I was just walking by and did not understand the situation completely. For that I am sorry." He said, bowing.

He placed a hand on the back of Masashi's bowed head. "The situation has been resolved but anyway...." He turned and pulled a scroll out. "I have the problem solver." He opened the scroll and held it out in front of Masashi. Unrolled it had three places listed on it. "Sign it." He ordered. "There aren't any teams in our village as of this time and you being the only chunin making himself available for battle you are going to be the first placed Shinobi for the village hidden in the rocks." He instructed him to cut his finger and sign the spot in blood.

He went from a bowing position to that of standing straight up. He was confused with what Adamaru said, but he merely nodded at all was being told to him. He looked at Adamaru seriously. "First placed shinobi?" He looked at the paper, and then back at the jounin before biting his finger and making the strokes for the kanji of his name.
