Maru Maru jumped through the village, knowing he was late, as he donned his Akatsuki mask as he jumped through the air, yawning again. Why would Hokage send him on a mission to Suna, and then expect him back before morning to get enough sleep to keep up with the HOKAGE and ANKO in a sparing match. Not only that, but he only had one technique that he ever used, and how could he be expected to teach it to someone else, especially since it was such a weak and boring technique. He was so embarrassed by it he considered not even going, but to stand up the Hokage on his first day in office wouldn't be good at all.
The buildings turned to trees as he neared the specified training grounds, and stopped, hearing a fight already in progress. He observed as Anko spoke of fighting above Kage level fighters and smiled under his mask. He watched as they got a feel for each other while fighting and realized that without his speed, compared to these two, he was nothing. He blurred from sight and appeared between the two and said, "Sorry I'm late, I had a long day yesterday." He looked pointedly at the Hokage, though his mask hid his annoyed face.

Anko blinked at Maru Maru. She had a shocked look and was frozen like that for a moment. She felt something was wrong, but kept silent. Breaking away from her little trance, Anko looked down to the side.

((Sora sent you nowhere also a trip to Suna is three days established by manga and anime.  ) "Great. Maybe I could learn to summon snakes as well." He was excited. It would make him stronger than just his wind and fire release styles. He was beginning to ask her how the technique is performed when he sensed someone. Upon closer inspection revealed it to be Maru Maru. He made no mention of it, and instead continued to converse with Anko. He would be coming down shortly. He put his hand on Maru's shoulder. "Mask off please." |

Maru bowed gracefully and pulled off the mask, his face becoming a mask of its own. "So what are we doing today Hokage?"

Anko blinked for a moment and then snapped out of it. She looked over at Sora, realizing he was talking to her about something or other. Shrugging it off, she moved away a little bit and leaned against a tree- watching as Maru pulled off his mask.

He looked at both of them and said, "I'd figure we'd train. He smiled and walked over to a clearing. "The Akatsuki. I have heard that they are back. And they are stronger. The same members fill the gaps that were held ten years ago. Itachi, Deidara, Kakuzu, Pain. We must prepare for this." He twirled a kunai on his finger.

Taakuin Suuta watched from the trees, listening as the three conversed. So that was the new Hokage, and that was who he needed to speak too. Anko might be a problem, as she might remember who he was and what he had done, working with the akatsuki all those years ago, and might not trust him, but the other two didn't look familiar, but that didn't mean they didn't know him by sight.

He bowed to the Hokage and said, "As you wish"

Anku nodded and murmured, "Of course we should be ready..." She then fell silent and looked over at Sora. "You should be careful when and what you decide to talk about, Hokage-sama. Some things should just be kept to your office..."

He smiled when Maru bowed. "Relax. You don't need to bow to me. We are all equals. " He said. He began to stretch when he heard Anko talk. "Well, I figured there wasn't any sensitive information in what I said, so I just went ahead and said it. Was that bad?" He said chuckling and putting his hand behind his head. 'Looks like we have a visitor....' He thought to himself.
His demeanor immediately went from carefree and smiles to pure seriousness. Without looking he called out. "What's the point of hiding? Come on out."

Anko wanted to tell him something else, but kept quiet; knowing he had sensed a stranger in their presence. She slowly walked over to Maru Maru and Sora, standing close to both of them.
