Xan had noticed the seeds, he wondered if it was a type of attack, his sharingun had allowed him to anticipate the moves ahead of time so he was almost out the door by the time the seeds began to spread. "This is unfortunate... looks like I gotta fight you here, oh well, best of luck Tane-sama." Xan smiled at him. "Im really routing for you." He chuckled.
"Goukakyuu no Jutsu " He made the seals and instantly a ball of fire engulfed the room, hitting the liquor and causing the liquor around them to explode, screams were heard as people caught on fire, the flame was headed directly for Tane. Xan moved backwards as the building itself caught on fire. This was to force Tane outside, Xan flickered outside standing there in front of the burning building. They could fight now, and if anyone interrupted them, he would not be so easy on them.

Tane's eyes widened at the sight of all the sake being engulfed in flames. He would have cried if his body had let him concentrate. First safety, then sake. He put his hands on the table tops and twisted his body, grabbing a stool with his feet, he sent it too the roof, smashing the thin tin open and letting rain pour in, giving him a small radius with no flames. He shook his head and slammed his hands together, forming the snake seal and the seeds that hadn't been burnt, which were just the ones on his body, instantly grew, pushing on the rest of the roof above the flames, breaking through, the heavy storm entered in, dousing the flames down, making them less severe. He listened as the burning screams turned into sighs of relief, and somewhere in the back of his brain his training as a medical ninja told him they were all dead so there was no point postponing this. He formed another seal and the vines grew more plentiful, setting down roots and they began weaving themselves together, creating a canopy to keep the rain out. He had learned the hard way what happened with his jutsu in the rain. "Intoxicating Mist Jutsu." He said, and the vines grew hundreds of Grapes near instantly, which burst, filling the air with a thick Purple mist that as Tane breathed in, he felt himself slowly becoming more and more drunk. He laughed and said, "Like it?"

Xan pulled himself further back into the rain careful not to breath anything in. He could literally see through the mist, his eyes peircing Tane dead on, the sharinguns glowed in the darkness as the rain drenched him. He loved it, and though it hurt his fire element, it boosted his Lightning element to compensate. He was further away from the small bar then he had wanted to be. "Raiton no jutsu." He made one small seal before lightning shot out of the sky coming directly at Tanes Vine canopy. Hoping it would crash through the building, the vines and hit Tane. "Come outside...." Xan called to him. "No need to lock yourself in your own personal tomb, finding your head and slicing it off is going to be tough to do, if I have to dig through rubble and plants. Make it easier on us both and accept your fate." Xans voice was soft and calm. He admired the guys will though, but the man was to drunk to realize his situation. He wondered how far the mist would spread, and if it would spread outside in the heavy rain. Lightning was still flowing through the atmosphere making it easier to use and requiring less chakra because he didnt have to create the friction, the clouds were doing it for him. He loved this village.

Tane winced as the Lightning shot through the canopy, but his body's quick reactions were able to barely get him out of the way in time. His instincts were strong, but dodging lightning was difficult for anyone. He looked over at the Uchiha and realization came to him. "WHat the Hell Asshhole?! I thought you shaid you weren't Naoki!!!" Now he had realized that this person was someone Minoru had sent after him. His asshole cousin. Anger shook his body as he hated being lied to. He Had very little that he could do if his opponent was so far away. Except of course...He shot out his arms and hundreds of vines shot out at Xan, seeking to wrap him up in their embrace, moving with lightning strike precision to tangle the opponent.

The vines were all over him and he stood there as they engulfed him.
"Katon Armor" Instantly his body was covered in flame, the flame was fueled by chakra and even though the rain was pouring down on it, it was so hot that the water didnt matter. He could have been under water and it would have still worked. As long as there were particles of oxygen in the air, anything was possible. Burning through vines, earth, and the air itself he walked toward Tane. "Your mistaken... Im doing this for the sheer enjoyment of killing you." Xan loved challenges and Tane was going to be fun. Instantly the armor subsided and Xan flickered backwards. "You are a lot of fun, the longest lasting shinobi Ive fought in such a long time. Guess I really get to go all out." His eyes instantly shifted into the Mangekyou sharingun. "No one has seen this and lived...." He smiled softly.

Instantly he flickered in front of Tane, trying to make eye contact with the drunk.
"Ketsueki." If they did make eye contact, tane would find himself in another world inside of his own mind on fire. The pain was often excruciating enough to cause the victim to have a heart attack or began tearing their own skin to bits. If it didnt work though there was no chakra expended. As a second attack he brought his sword toward tanes shoulder. The vines didnt scare him to much, he could always burn them off, or slash them off. He just had to be careful not to get to overwhelmed.

Tane made the mistake of making eye contact, finding himself somewhere he didn't recognize at all, feeling like he was being burned alive. He at first didn't understand the feeling, but he soon realized it was pain, something he hadn't felt with his body because of his dulled senses. But soon within his mind he was screaming in pain, wishing it would stop.

But the strangest thing. His body wasn't there. Because he was a master of the drunken fist, he had a special ability that not many did. His mind and body were pretty much separate. If he was trapped in the genjutsu, his body could still react to danger and protect itself. It was as useful as it was useless. Just as the sword swung in at his shoulder, Tane did an unexpected thing and moved closer to Xan, out of the blades reach, so that Xan's arm hit his shoulder and then stopped. His eyes were half glazed over, like he was asleep when in reality, he just wasn't all there mentally as he was still trapped in the Genjutsu. His arms came up and his fingers looked as though they were holding Sake cups, curled and poised, he aimed a powerful double handed strike at Xan's ribs.

Xan tried moving back slightly but keeping eye contact. However the strike hit, though barely. It broke one of Xans ribs as he let out a sound of pain. "Your body reacts even when in ketsueki.... Intriguing... However you are in far more pain as I am." He laughed, his rib aching with each breath. He slowly pulled his arm upwards. "Die." He spoke calmly still. He rarely had this much fun. This guy was entertaining, if he lasted much longer perhaps Xan would allow him to live, to pose a rematch later on. "Raiton Arm" Instantly his arm was covered in flame and lightning, he had killed so many S rank shinobi with this. However this time he purposely targed Tanes stomach, the hit would inflict damage beyond repair if it landed but it would likely not kill him, since he avoided the heart and went for the stomach. Xan was fast even for an S ranked shinobi, but even if tane avoided it he could not get out of the genjutsu and he would find himself drained. He hoped this worked, the chakra he expended already was eating away at him. His fist covered in fire and lightning came directly at tanes stomach, dodging would be hard but blocking would be almost impossible. He had to land this, or else he would have to rely on his sword and what was left of ketsueki to end this.

Tane's body, though it wasn't as fast, knew a few things to keep his opponent at bay. It had long since stopped relying on Tane's mind to work for it, so it managed keeping them alive, and let Tane focus on keeping them happy. As he observed his opponent striking, he did something strange seeming. He spun quickly in place and lowered himself down to the ground, forming the hand Seal for snake again, this time, several roots grew from underneath of him from his plants and formed his Uprooted spines jutsu, though it was his Over Turned Sake Cup variation. Just in time too. As the barrier between the two came up, and the roots hardened, Xan's arm smashed into it, though only because he had the element's on his arm. It was a powerful defense, but it was still only wood.

Xan hit the wood again and again he pounded into it before drawing his sword and slashing it allowing the acid to disperse all over the wood. Acid ate through anything, metal, steel, and wood. Xan slashed again, cutting the wood in half as the blade came toward Tanes shoulder at lightning speed. His jutsu had not hit its intended target but Ketsueki would burn what counted, it would burn the victims very subconscious. He was surprised he had not suffered such mental trauma that his body could no longer fight. Often his victims would tear their own skin off in agony as the fire consumed them in their mind, reality was what you made it. Perhaps it would be preferable to rip ones own heart out then to suffer another second in Ketsueki. Xan moved backwards letting his genjutsu work and defending all at the same time. He smiled lightly, enjoying himself in this endevor.

As the sake cup opened up, it would be found to be empty. Tane had used his roots to burrow beneath him and escape into a small channel that had a dirt wall. Quickly the tunnel flooded as he exited, with the new seed packet safely in his pouch. The burn was starting to affect the body, and it knew instinctively it was time to leave. He couldn't be followed, as the tunnel destroyed itself upon his departure, and the cold of the water began to bring his tattered mind back to surface. Luckily though, as he floated along, he smashed into a large rock, waking him up the rest of the way. He continued to float, leaving the Rain village far behind, his mind a mess that would take days of rest to fix. He landed on the shore, snoring peacefully, unknowingly though, in his pouch, a seed began to grow, slowly.
