Kasa Obake struggled through the mountains, looking for the entrance to the Hidden Waterfall Village, which according to all of his information was in ruins. He didn't like the high altitude, and the rocky face, preferring the flat expanse that was the Grass Village, which he had just come from, finding a bounty for a criminal to further fund the organization he had just joined. He smiled as he thought back to the man's pleas about not being a shinobi anymore, only want to live in peace, but that hadn't stopped Kasa from taking him away, the only recognizable place on his body was the tattoo on his stomach that identified him. He was efficient to say the least. He jumped again, landing safely on the ledge before him.
He was supposed to meet Tobi out here, so he could be lead to the correct area. If they could modify the old Waterfall village, they would have a nice hide out that would be difficult to find, and no one would expect it. He sat down, the rock protruding from the wall, a nice place for a quick rest. He wiped the sweat off his brow and considered just summoning his bat, flying over head, finding what he needed to. He drank deeply from his gourd, remembering the screams of the burning man, smiling.

Uchiha Madara walked the lands of the Waterfall Country in his Tobi attire. He had the orange swirl mask with one eye hole, the black and red Akatsuki cloak, and the customary rice hat they wore. He came here to meet with a member of the Zaiaku. One that he, as Tobi, specifically brought into the group for his sheer bloodlust. He almost reminded him of Kisame. The Hidden Waterfall village decided to fight against the Akatsuki, and they became our first target. We crushed them, only a few ninja surviving the onslaught.
He walked down a dirt path, overusage worn away the ground into a small trail. Then he felt it. His chakra. The chakra of Wrath. Smiling under his mask, he made himself intangible. He wasn't going to openly trust some sadistic psychopath. Not that he was worried, he could defeat this ninja. But he didn't feel like having to look for another sadistic s-rank criminal after he killed the first one. Off in the horizon he saw him. Wrath. Using his Space Time technique, he seamlessly teleported in front of him.

That was one thing Kasa wasn't quite use to yet, his leader appearing seamlessly in front of him. He was up on top of the rock, away from him, with one umbrella out, and open between the two of them before he knew what was going on. When he realized who stood in front of him he clenched his teeth and shook his head. "Can't be doing that to me Tobi, you're liable to get yourself killed." He stowed away the umbrella on his back in the sling and said, "Now where is it?" He had another target on his list for collection, someone who if he took out would save them a lot of trouble in years to come.

Madara removed his hat and waved Kasa's threat away. He didn't come here to be threatened. "Watch your threats. I don't want to go through the trouble of replacing you." It was just a comeback; a threat for a threat. Nothing more, nothing less. "The location of Takigakure no Sato...lies directly in front of us!" Madara pointed to the crater a few hundred feet away. "Some call it the 7 second battle" They held no opposition, and the few survivors fled to Kirigakure. They would get theirs eventually. It was just a matter of time. "I have already begun construction. I have gathered chuunin from all over, and put them under a genjutsu to build it. It is underground. At the moment they only have the main chamber done and a few halls. It will house the Akatsuki as well, but that section will be inaccessible to anyone but Pride and you."
He began to walk. "Would you like a tour?" The underground base was enormous. The main area was the size of a shinobi village, and tunnels weaved their ways throughout the earth in a maze-like pattern. The door to the Akatsuki section was hidden in these tunnels, in the back, the way hidden by genjutsu. If someone could pass the genjutsu, the next step would be to use at least an A ranked elemental technique to reveal the door. At that point the door would not open unless an Akatsuki ring was inserted. This was not built yet, but that was how it was planned.

Kasa rolled his eyes at the threat and shrugged his shoulders, "If I must, but after this, there is a bounty I must go collect." He just thought of the massive bounty placed on Tane Naoki's head by his cousin, and how long the Akatsuki could last on that alone. He smiled again and said, "But you know you'll have to kill all of those Chuunin once you get done using them?" He hoped that he would be allowed to exterminate them

"A bounty?" This shinobi reminded him of Kakuzu too. Always going after one bounty or another. Madara chuckled when he said he'd have to kill them. "Kill them? Why not just use the genjutsu to have all fifty of them join us in our assault?" It was Madara's plan to use them when he began to crush the world. Fifty chuunin could match ten jounin easily. Plus, they would be an excellent distraction. While the village was defending against the chuunin, The Zaiaku would attack. If the Zaiaku couldn't make the village fall, then the Akatsuki would be sent in. Survivors of the villages will be turned into his army.

Kasa shook his head, slowly fingering the kunai in his holster on his leg, saying, "Fine, but when the time comes, I want them." He caught his breath at the thought of killing so many people at once, but shook his head and said, "So where is this damn place anyways?" He surveyed the mountainous terrain and couldn't see any place for an organization to hide, much less an entire village which used to reside down there. He shaded his eyes and looked for evidence of digging, which there was none. How could Tobi do everything so cleanly?

Tobi inclined his head. It didn't matter what this shinobi said. Madara would decide how the world would be run. It was his dream, his path. And everyone was just there to help him achieve his goals. Tobi expressed surprise when he couldn't see it. Then he remembered. A high level genjutsu was placed on the area. Only a Sharingan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan could see through its deception. Otherwise, it would only appear to someone who knew the location.
He pointed to a tree in the middle of the clearing that had a single bush on it. A bush that eerily looked like an Akatsuki cloud. "Insert your ring in the tree bark, and the way will be opened." All the Zaiaku had the same red ring. But each one had a tatoo of the kanji of their sin somewhere on their body.

Kasa rolled his eyes at the amount of effort put into this sort of thing. "Why not just tell us where it is and thats it? Its not like anyone comes into these mountains anyways." He casually walked over to the tree and ran his hands along the bark, looking for any particular place to put it, but soon realized there was none. He huffed again and placed his ring on the bark, turning with his hand still connected and waited to see what was going to change.

"Because scouts run through these valleys all the time. We take all precautions. How would you feel if the five villages came down on all of us?" He watched the ninja walk over to the bark. 'Could he figure out the secret?'[/b] Looks like he couldn't.
He walked over and demonstrated. "You must force at least ten percent chakra into your ring for it to work."
