Chikai looked them both over, unflinching. "You have your strengths, but you are nothing. Neither of you hold a candle to the almighty Jashin. I could never be defeated by the likes of an Atheist! My strength is brought to me from the heavens!" He chuckled madly. "Blood spilled, yours or mine, would serve only to excite my dark Lord, and overwhelm me with still more power! No one stands a chance before him!" He glared at the blue man, unyielding. "Money is worthless. Only lives matter. That I put on the line gladly."

This pushed Kakuzu over the edge. He zoomed to Chikai faster then he could see, and grabbed him by the neck, holding him over the ground, and kicked his weapons forcefully out of his hands."I have had enough of you and Hidan's Jashinism Bull Shit! You can throw your life away all you want, but there is no way you could take mine!" He slammed Chikai into the end of the cave with enough force to leave a great dent in it and even rattle the floor of the big cave. "Consider your self dead twirp!" Kakuzu tightened his grip on Chikai's neck, his Threads starting to crawl up his arm...Then Kisame Intervened.
.:KISAME:.
Kisame had become angered by the words of Chikai, but sighed when he saw Kakuzu attack him."They really are killing machines, eh Madara?" Kisame looked back at Madara, a small smile on his blue face. He walked over-slowly-to Kakuzu and slammed his arm down towards Kakuzu's, making him let go to dodge the attack."I think this is enough, we should head onto the road, you need to cool off..." he put Samehada onto his back.

Chikai laughed through his sputters. "Pain is my... pleasure." He actually looked almost upset when the grip was loosened from his throat. "Perhaps one day you will see the light, Kakuzu. Jashin may spare you then. But for now, you're damned... perhaps to be smitten by my hand. Again... we will see." He cackled, not bothering to stand.
((Please try not to godmod. Forcing weapons out of my hands without giving me a chance at retaliation is a bit unfair. I'll take hits, just don't make me have to. Even though Chikai is weaker than both Kakuzu and Kisame, he's still an S-Ranked Nin.))

((Yeah, sorry, I tried to convey the fact Kakuzu was pissed a bit too much...I tend to go over board sometimes  )) .:KAKUZU:. Arrogant brat, he was no where near kakuzu's level of strength, and he could tell by the fact he didn't just try to kill Kakuzu when he had the chance, it's what Kakuzu would have done...and yet, he was just as eager to strike him down. "If that's true, then I'll see ya in hell brat..." Kakuzu walked with Kisame over to the exit of the Cave. .:KISAME:. Kisame was about to walk out when he turned once more to Madara."If were needed, send a scroll(P.M.) Carrying pigeon, okay?" And with that, the two monsters of the Akatsuki left, taking their ominous beings out of the new hide out... |

"You may wait for me in hell for eternity, but I am destined to paradise." was all Chikai said, even though Kakuzu was likely out of earshot by now. "Well, this offering has been tainted. I appreciate the motion, Tobi, but it seems I'll need to seek out a proper offering myself." He stood up, brushing himself off.

Madara looked at the battle in interest. He wouldn't try to stop it, unless it got close to death. He would hate to have to find new members. He watched them leave, and looked at Chikai when he spoke to him. He listened, and then opened his mouth in response. "If I were you....I would avoid angering Kakuzu. If it weren't for Hidan being immortal, Kakuzu would have killed him a long time ago." He said. Kakuzu was almost as old as Madara. He was a little bit over 100 years old. He snapped his fingers, and the Chuunin flashed away to finish construction on the base.

"Kakuzu was not unable to kill Hidan-sama because of his immortality... It was because it was not the will of Lord Jashin. The same could be said for myself. You will learn, or you will not. But I fear for your soul if you don't." He chuckled to himself. "I suppose what I'm saying is that the power of mortals is insignificant. It means nothing in the face of the Immortal." He began to exit at this. "Now, if you will excuse me, I have tithes to pay."

Madara watched him go, smiling under his mask. If Chikai only knew...."Immortality is an outdated concept, one I can defeat. You do not know the ways of me." He said quietly to himself, loud enough for Chikai to hear if he was listening, but Madara was mainly talking to himself. He began to slowly fade into the darkness of the tunnel, off to oversee more of the construction.
