Maru shook his head, "I'll be fine, we just need to get to the village, they can help me there." He turned around, looking intently for anyone who could be on their tail.
((I'm half way tempted to bring out one of my other ninja to attack us...just because no one on the site seems to be interested in playing that part))

Yuina did her best angered face, something she rarely had to do. "No, I can help you. I know medicine." Grabbing the others wrist, she held on as he walked. It was true, she did know things that could probably help him out, at least enough for them to get to the village unharmed.
She looked around as he did, hoping no one would appear.

Maru placed his hand over hers, and gently eased it off of his wrist. He looked into her eyes and said, "What can you do to get rid of this?" He knew of very few medical ninjutsu specialists that could remove toxins from someone's body. It was a rare few indeed. He only knew of a few, all in the Naoki Clan

Yuina looked down as Maru easily took her hand off his wrist. Sure, she didn't have the strongest grip, but she didn't want to either. That wouldn't have been nice at all. "Well... I know herbs that could help your stomach. I just don't know where to get them..." Biting her lip, she trailed off. The blonde wasn't the most skilled medic, so she couldn't completely take something out of someone's body yet. Looking disappointed in herself, Yuina ran her hand through her hair.

Maru smiled at her, his face looking a little loopy, and said, "It's okay, I'll be fine till we get to Konoha...besides its amazing how quickly one's body burns off Alcohol if your asleep, even for just a little bit." He patted her arm and gripped her lightly by the wrist, walking off towards Konoha again.

Yuina smiled back, Maru's facial expression making it larger. "If you're sure... Just let me know if we need to stop or anything." the girl was being much more mature than normal, but she knew the dangers of the situation. If they were attacked, she'd most likely be the one protecting him. Allowing Maru to grab her wrist, Yuina was sure they'd be safe until they arrived at the village.

Maru simply nodded his head at her and said, "Will do." Though in his mind he knew he would never ever ask this girl to stop on his account. There wouldn't be a point, and he would be endangering both of their lives. He turned his head slightly, "So tell me about yourself.

"Good." Yuina smiled, believing he would truly stop her if he wanted to rest. But she knew that if he wouldn't stop, she would have to make him. No way would he be able to stay standing the entire time. She continued walking and though about what to say. Of course she didn't know... "Um... I'm from Suna? I don't really know what to say..." looking awkward, Yuina attempted a smile.

"Haha, well, how about what you like to do, your favorite things, and stuff like that, just help me concentrate on something other than the spinning world," He flashed another smile in her direction, and turned back. He couldn't tell anything in this stupor, even if it wasn't that bad. He could feel that he was staggering a little bit, and he felt like he was on fire. But he couldn't show it to Yuina...or any ninja who was watching.

"I see." Yuina smiled and watched him turn back. She knew that he wasn't doing well. Walking slower so that Maru didn't push himself, the blonde looked forward. "I... I like shiny objects. And medicine." nodding her head, she trailed off, noticing a bug flying again. Biting her lip, Yuina urged herself to stay focused, "I like bugs too. Especially butterflies. They're quite pretty.... What about you?"
