Kakuzu(clone) Rushed at him and quickly pulled numerous jabs and kicks, trying to get an opening at the right moment to strike for a hard blow.

Yoshio was locked in a melee skirmish with Kakuzu, slashing at him with a kunai while he blocked and took in his punches and kicks, fighting against the pain and Kakuzu himself.

Kakuzu ducked and blocked numerous slashed, one slash sliced off his cloak sleeve, then when Yushio went in for a deep blow, Kakuzu swerved around it and slammed Yushio's wrist, forcing him to drop the kunai.((LOL Kakuzu vs Kakashi reference xD)) He then kicked it from the ground and grabbed it, spun it in his hand, and put it up to Yushio's arm.

Yoshio froze as his arm was at the apparent mercy of Kakazu. He calmed himself for a moment and held up his other hand, looking at him tensely. "You don't want to fight me...I've run over some scenarios in my head earlier, and while a lot will wear me down greatly...I'm quite confident that I can take down even a buffoon like you." He smiles a bit, hiding his fear. "Last chance to surrender..."

"HAHAHAHAHA!" Kakuzu Laughed, but dropped the kunai.
"I am an S-ranked criminal kid, there i no training to fight me!"
He kicked Him square in the chest, and the slammed his hands that where cuffed into a ball over his head.

Yoshio quickly grabbed at Kakuzu's arms and pushed against it, his legs digging into the ground upon impact. Yoshio took the oppurtunity to dart his eyes for openings. "Gotta d-do better than that..."

Then Kakuzu quickly remember the cliff...
{Heheheh...such a satisfying revenge tactic!}Kakuzu lifted his arm up, the one Yushio had grabbed onto, and upon lifting it up, Yushio was lifted up to, Kakuzu slammed his palm into Yushio's chest and sent him flying backwards a few meters, in the direction of the bluff...

Yoshio flew towards the ground and was trampled like a ragdoll, all the way to the edge of the cliff. Yoshio slowly gets up, aching in pain...

Kakuzu launched himself out of the ground in front of him and made a broad upper-cut, smacking him over the side...but being suspended from falling by Kakuzu's hand that was firmly tightened around Yushio's shirt. He climbed out of the rocks and the water clone that Yushio had been fighting returned to it's water state. Kakuzu laughed to himself as he thought of the many different ways he could kill Yushio at this very moment.

Yoshio chuckled a bit at the ordeal. His body exhausted, his consciousness blurring, and himself hanging by a thread in the form of Kakuzu. His mind raced as Yoshio stared at the criminal. "Well, this may seem to be end for me, isn't it?...", but with that, he quickly grabbed onto the dangling Heartbreaker and closed his eyes as he strummed wildly, pausing at the right moment.
"Musical Release! Musical Wave Jutsu!"
Yoshio takes the gamble and slams his free hand onto the guitar.
