Chikai, who had been silent for some time now, burst into laughter. "I just realized something! There's no reason to lay our plans in the hands of fate, when we could lay it in our own hands! Oh, Kakuzu, you'll like this one. Greed won't mind it either. Each Akatsuki presumed alive would have a hefty bounty on their heads. We lesser-known organizations could masquerade as a single headhunter alliance, and one by one hunt and 'kill' the Akatsuki, claiming the bounties as we go. Immediate funds and none of the mess of having to deal with villages keeping the bodies. We'll just have to stage a fight, bring in a body double somewhere in the end, and mutilate the poor bastard beyond recognition, but in front of the eyes of others."

Madara looked across to them. Tenshi pointed out a flaw to his plan, but Madara already thought of that route. Genjutsu would fool them. He has not met many shinobi that can overturn his genjutsu. He stood up and addressed Kisame. "In all honesty the villages assume Sasuke and myself to be the only living members of the Akatsuki. They probably remain complacent, thinking that no way possible that two s ranked shinobi could take on an entire village." He looked to Chikai. "Once Zetsu has been found, we can use him. He can create clones that not even my Sharingan eye can see through."

Kisame adressed Madara after thinking about what he said. "Then before we do anything, a squad of ninja should hunt down zetsu?" Kakuzu liked Chikai's suggestion. {Be killed, get money...all too easy, Hahahaheheheheh!} Kakuzu smiled under his mask and leaned forward more.

Xan crossed his arms smiling. "I agree wtih Chikai's idea, Madara-dono, on the chance that I get to pretend to kill you." He smiled before leaning up against the wall. He smiled at the man. "We could use leaf as our battle field... of course it would have to realistic... So hmm... maby you could rip one of my arms off?" He was dead serious and the tone of his voice showed this, however at the same time he seemed careless with his own life as his eyes met Madaras. "I could also do without some of this scarless skin, it makes me look soft." He chuckled, maby a nice scar across the face." He spoke calmly. "Regardless, if we were to pretend to hunt akatsuki members and claim the bounty, we have to remember that we to have bounties on us, even if we arent presumed members of any organization in their eyes. Im sure the anbu black ops wont be feeling to generous." He smiled. "Especially to rogue shinobi. Madara-dono, your words law so whats our first course of action?" xan muttered calmly.

Madara began to survey the room. They all presented their ideas and it eventually came to this. Bounty hunters. Making the Akatsuki seem dead so that they can truly operate from the shadows. He placed his mask back over his face, one Sharingan visible to the ninja. "The first course of action...is to find Zetsu. I sent him to do battle with the Kazekage eight years ago....I heard he had died, but I know otherwise. I am sending KageKyuu to locate Zetsu and return him here. Zaiaku and Seikatsu, go to the nearest bounty office, gather all the info they have on us....make them believe you are foolish enough to challenge me."

Hyoutan rose an eyebrow, now very concerned about this meeting. Was he going to have to go to the bounty office, filled with guards and other bounty hunters and prove a point? The genjutsu user's normally tired eyes opened a little bit, giving sense that he wasn't too thrilled with the situation. True to his epithet, Hyoutan was incredibly lazy. To the point that he left his own village because he was tired of all the work they were forcing onto him. Now he had to gather more information, something he was well known for back in Kusagakure. Standing up, Hyoutan exchanged a glance with their leader Tenshi and his comrades Kasa & Chikai. Although he wasn't sure exactly how Pride would take it, he was sure Gluttony and Wrath would be pleased with his proposal.

"May I say something Madara-sama?" Hyoutan began, speaking with that same bored tone of voice he was accustomed too. Again not bothering to make himself look presentable, dust being gathered on the back of his Zaiaku cloak, he walked near the center of the room. "I believe that we can all agree to your proposed plan. However us Zaiaku members should go into the bounty office either alone or first. It's surprising to hear this coming from me, but 3 members of our team are very well capable of taking out the entire bounty office while getting the information on Akatsuki. Wrath, Gluttony and Pride certainly are strong enough to be S-Ranked shinobi capable of killing an Akatsuki member. I can also get the information we require with one of my genjutsu."

Unfortunately Hyoutan's display of a backbone and work ethic was quickly shattered when he shrugged and began playing with his hair, wondering if Madara would accept his proposal. Hopefully nobody noticed that he didn't list himself as a shinobi of the S - Rank, that would simply be too much of a hassle.

Kasa stood up at the proposal, "What the Hell Hyoutan? We can't just destroy a bounty collection office? Then where would I go with the bounties that support Sin?"

"I have an idea, through my own personal experiences through bounty hunting." Kakuzu stood up, and paced around the table slowly. "We need to get a hold of a powerful man in the bounty business, someone who is trusted by all and renowned by all. Then when one of us goes up to him and brings the bounty of one of us, he will believe us, and surely spread the news. We just need to keep this up." Kakuzu took his seat again and sighed."But, I have no idea who the man might be."

Xan smiled at Hyoutan as he spoke. This man was intriguing, asking to go alone or first was almost enough to draw them into a fight then and there. Xan had killed men for less. "As proposed I suggest we go together, and whats the point of taking them out? No need to kill them." He chuckled. "Well... you wouldnt make a good impression, someone always knows someone else." He rambled before his Mangekyou peirced Hyoutan's face directly. A look of complete cruelty ran across Xans face.

"Brother from the Zaiaku organization , it seems to me that if you are allowed to go in alone you will take no precautions. I do not say this because you seem rash, do not take it as an insult. I merely state that cause you say your capable of taking on such tasks, and you speak of fighting ability when there is no need to fight, simply walk in and talk to them, get the information, and if they dont agree burn their very souls out with a glance... and no one would even see its genjutsu." He smiled.

"Im quite capable of going alone, if it was an extent of just walking in there and killing them, dear comrade... but we must go in as gentlemen." He smiled "So, lets consider this a... fun recon mission." He mused. "That is unless madara-dono agrees with you." He smiled softly... his gaze still cold an murdering, as always. His gaze then turned to Kakuzu and he nodded. "But the problem with that is we know, no such individual."

Madara turned to Hyouton. "If we destroy a bounty office then that will alert people. I agree with Xanican, and for once, Wrath." He never spoke of a Zaiaku member's true name unless it was in private. To all others, he would call them by their sin. "Yes. We just need to enter and grab the desired information without a hassle, and this goes unsaid, but do not go near the bounty office with those robes of yours. You'll have to disguise yourselves."
