Half the Battle (Reso)

Taakuin stopped on the edge of the valley. The perfect place to begin a new organization. The Valley of the End. It was a bittersweet monument for Taakuin. Here he was captured and liberated in the same determining blow. He jumped down to the water, landing soundly on it, he turned to the other two, his new companions. He had to test their abilities. "Now come at me like your lives depended on it youngins."

Maru, who was cautious as ever, looked at his new partner, "What do you think? You go in hot, distract him, while I get around behind and strike the decisive blow?" He didn't like the odds. There were only two of them.

Riashi smiled a toothy grin when Taakuin suggested that they fight. He had been waiting for a good old brawl. He looked at Maru Maru and said, "Going in hot is my specialty. Let's go Oroshi!" He said, leaping down onto the water, both charging at Taakuin from opposite angles.

Taakuin observed the oncoming opponents and looked up at Maru, who was standing on the ledge, obviously waiting. He whispered, "So these two are your distraction, while you're the finisher? Callous and impressive." Sending your comrades into battle without you though was a move though that only cowards did. Taakuin turned his back on Maru, keeping tabs on where his chakra was and paid attention to the other two. Dogs, basically, as the Inuzuka were, he laughed at the irony and bit his thumb. He slammed it on the water and from the smoke that rose two large Greyhounds burst out, fangs bared and moving quickly. They were Taakuin's favorite summons, and the only ones who agreed to work with him. They split up and took a target a piece, fully aware of the fact that it was training. The one that went after Riashi crouched low and sprang, aiming for his chest to knock him over. The other stopped and bared its teeth at Oroshi, growling low, enticing him to stop.

Riashi smiled as he summoned those dogs. Oroshi was substantially bigger than the greyhound, and didn't break stride, instead trying to tackle the greyhound and attempt to wrestle with him. Riashi stopped, formed handseals, and said "Shikyaku no Jutsu - Four-Legged Technique!" He took on more canine like appearances, and became faster and stronger, but Taakuin did not know the latter part just yet. He leaped over the incoming greyhound and ran on all fours towards Taakuin, intending to charge his shoulder into him.

Taakuin smiled as he observed the ageless technique of the Inuzuka, becoming more like their familiars. He crouched down as Riashi charged in and did a quick flip just as the ninja attempted to shoulder charge him, "I believe you already have an opponent Riashi," He said in mid air as Gure, the one who was after Riashi, jumped over him. Taakuin activated his Mandarian Jutsu and a massive jet of fire exited out of his cloak, lifting him up to be on the cliff with Maru, "A true leader doesn't send in others first, but instead leads the charge." And then he attacked, sweeping his leg under Maru, who dodged it of course, but as he was in midair from jumping, Taakuin spun around and landed a kick squarely in his chest, sending him flying away.

Riashi was amazed at how strong he was. Riashi was the strongest Inuzuka besides for Kiba...and this guy avoided him like it was nothing. He noticed Oroshi wasn't faring too well either. He dodged the greyhound, and reached into his pack, pulling out two Food Pills. He threw one to Oroshi, who ate it gratefully, now fighting with his strength almost doubled. Riashi ate his and attempted a roundhouse kick on the greyhound, and if it was connected, he would run for Taakuin.

Gure, who Riashi was fighting, wasn't going to be dispatched that easily. He had too much experience fighting humans to not dodge the attack. He ducked below it easily and jumped for his torso again, aiming to bring him down for the death blow. Stay in close, that was the way he fought. No use in wasting energy running in and out of the zones. Stay within.

Houndo, the one that Oroshi was fighting, was also doing fairly well. He jumped high again, though the pup below him got a food pill. Great, more strength to this massive pup. He knew right then that this would have to be a team battle. He barked once, a signal for Gure and Taakuin, switch up. Both of the massive grey hounds stopped what they were doing and ran away, meeting up on the lake, moving faster than Maru on his best days, and then doubling back. They both attacked at Oroshi with a vigor that was nearly unrivaled. Gure from the bottom, aiming for the soft belly, and Houndo from the top, trying to bring him down. Taakuin stood above Raishi and Maru both, whom he had thrown into the lake. Maru surfaced from his bath and stood on the lake water. "We have to do this together, neither one of us is anywhere near his level." Taakuin smiled at the thought. He motioned with his hands. Come.

Riashi was knocked down by the greyhound, but flipped backwards and got on his feet again. He noticed they were both running towards Oroshi. "Oroshi! Come on boy!" Oroshi made a beeline as fast as his body could to Riashi. "You ready? They haven't seen nothing yet!" He formed two handseals and said "Juujin Bunshin - Beast-Man Clone!" Oroshi turned into him, and they both got into their stance. They ran at the greyhounds and yelled "Gatsuuga-Dual Piercing Fang!" They both turned into a whirlwind of claws headed for the greyhounds.

Taakuin laughed at Riashi's inability to work with Maru since his summons had posed a challenge to him. That could prove deadly though in a real battle. He jumped high and landed on the water, near Maru and they began trading blows, though Maru was faster, Taakuin was stronger, so each of his hits resounded through his body. Taakuin smiled and said, "You two cant even work together against me, what makes you think you can against Akatsuki?"

Gure and Houndo almost chuckled and jumped up, jumping around the two attackers, ending up behind them, facing and then jumping, moving quickly, they attacked the two's behinds.

Both of the Inuzuka poofed into smoke when attacked, turning into logs that sank into the water below. They then showed up seemingly dropping out of the sky, Oroshi above the greyhounds and Riashi above Taakuin. "Tsuuga!" They both yelled as they both turned to spirals and headed downwards for their target.
