Taakuin held up his hand to the only two members of Naiomy that he had currently and turned to them. "Its time I went and spoke to the Raikage. Stay here and practice the ninjutsu I've been teaching you. Risashi, Maru, you know the drill." He gestured to the ground, "Lift off. Concentrate with your barriers and lift off the ground." He placed a hand on Maru's shoulder, who, by far was having the most trouble with summoning enough chakra to lift off, and whispered, "You cannot be a true sparrow till you fly." And with that he was gone.
Maru avoided Risashi's eye as he was embarrassed about not being able to preform the Mandarian jutsu that Taakuin was trying to teach them. It should have been simple. Create a ninjutsu barrier to protect your legs from being roasted, check. He could do that easy. Then use the cloak to set the parameters of your burst, check. But then came the problem of bringing forth quite a bit of chakra to lift off, and then even more to stay off. He couldn't even get his body up in the air. He looked over at Risashi to see how he was fareing.

Riashi was having a bit of trouble with the first step at first. Protecting his feet in chakra. He eventually got it, and mastered the second step easy. Oroshi stood back a few feet and barked words of encouragement. He then sent the chakra rocketing out of his feet, and he shot up uncontrollably, twenty feet into the air. And it stopped, as he fell back to the earth and just managed to land on his feet. "Wow. This is harder than it looks, huh?"
OOC: Random, but Taakuin does not know about the Infinite series of Inuzuka taijutsu. At the most, maybe he has HEARD of infinite Tsuuga, but not gatsuuga or garuuga.

(UMM...yeah...just put what the Raikage is doing...This thread will work for double purposes, and Reso, I know he won't know Your specific special jutsu, but he does know about getsuga because you sorta used it against him .))
Taakuin flew over the Cloud Village, heading swiftly towards the Raikage Mansion, he looked down on the village, which quite a few people were looking up at him in anger, fear, and wonder. He flipped once, deactivating the jutsu and landed swiftly on the top of the building, looking for an entrance hatch or something that he could get inside with, though he was having little luck. He couldn't just walk into the Raikage's office the normal way, he had to make it urgent, set the tone. He looked down the side of the building, looking for the possible entrance. The Raikage had to know he was here by now. Everyone else in the village seemed to know already.
Maru looked in jealousy at Risashi and said, "More than you know, how do you have enough chakra to even do it?" He tried again, but to no avail. He knew that this was difficult, and he thought back to the introductory lesson. He wished they had started out with compressed chakra.

Tenshu had been having a rough day, much paperwork and so little time to spare, being the Raikage weren't easy, he hated it.. The paperwork that is, sometimes he regret taking the job, but there are one important part that keeps him in track, he love to see the people believe in him. He couldn't give up, he are the shield that protects the village, its because of him, courage exist, atleast he believes so himself. Tenshu is known for his unhuman speed and just to not get to bored, he flashes around the room when he have to get something. Its his way to avoid getting lost in his papers, maybe his job isn't as awful as he seems to think....
But after rain comes sunshine, he tells himself to not do any more paperwork today and just relax for the eevening...
"Zai... Lock my door and tell people I'm out."
Zai, Tenshus assistent runs into the room, catches a little sign that Tenshu is throwing him and puts it up on the door. It reads, 'Raikage-Sama, Denkou Tenshu is out meditating, don't try to find him, because you won't. for further assistant. Talk to Zai and he will call him back." Zai locks the door and Tenshu closes his eyes.

OOC: Riashi never used his mugen techniques. He used normal Tsuuga, normal Gatsuuga, and normal Garouga.
Riashi looked at Maru Maru, breathing heavily. "I just, sent it out of my feet too fast, and spent up a lot." This technique required insane amounts of chakra control, one that was above normal jounin skills. He would have to train and control his chakra. He would start from the basics. He sent chakra to his feet, check he could direct where he wanted it to go. Next step, climb the tree. Slowly. He did it, and checked that he had basic chakra control. Water walking was next as he gingerly stepped on a pond, and stood on top. He had advanced chakra control down, but this technique, it was beyond advanced.

Maru watched him with interesting. Chakra control, walking on water. Walking up trees. One thing in common. He stood up and began concentrating again.
Taakuin looked down again. Not much was going on. He needed to get the Raikage to come out, he needed him to come to him. He slapped his head. How could they not be responding at all?

Suddenly, Tenshu opens his eyes, he feel something, someone are near and he cant feel who it is. Its quiet, almost to quiet. Tenshu looks over his office after his sword, its next to the door... He closes his eyes again, he feels him.. On the roof.. Three meters from his seat and just above.. Tenshu gets up, walks slowly to the window and opens it, he continue to walk to the door, grabs his sword and then, gets back to the window. In a high speed he gets up on the roof, draws his sword and points it to the man.
"Identify yourself" he says with a determined voice, he knows that this man isn't from the village, and due the high security, he must atleast be a skilled Jounin to get passed the guards.

Riashi looked at him. He wasted a crap ton of chakra blasting off like that. It didn't seem feasbile to use such a technique in his eyes. He tried one more time, and went a little lower, but hit the ground hard. Gasping, he got up and brushed his pants off.

Maru continued thinking, using what little bit of physics he knew, and what he knew of chakra. The bigger the flame, the more sustained the flight would be. But if it was smaller...would it be faster. He looked over at Risashi and watched him actually able to lift off. Maru took the opportunity of him lifting off just a bit and then landing in a way that looked rather painful to flash into the forest surrounding, deciding that he needed to find a clearing for himself. He couldn't be giving away all his secrets. It just wasn't Ninja like.
Taakuin put his finger on the blade and pushed it away slightly. "Fear not Raikage-sama, if I had intended harm then I would have already attacked." He bowed and lifted his head, "I am Taakuin Suuta, perhaps you've heard of me," in the back of his mind he feverently hoped he hadn't. Being an S-ranked Criminal at one point would be bad on anyone's record. "I am simply come to give a proposition if you're willing to listen." He sat on an air duct that was on it and gestured for the leader to follow suit, on the one across from him.
