Chokichi smiled softly and kissed her on the cheek. "Don't worry... Everything is fine now..." He held her close for a while, just listening to her breath. Finally pulling away, He picked her up. Grabbing her bag, he rested it on her lap- his own still slung over his shoulder. "We are safe... but I'd rather you be safer..." Holding her close to his chest, he leaned down and kissed her forehead. "Yuina.. I'll carry us as far as I can get and then we can find a place to rest for tonight.." With that, he took off.

Yuina sighed and kept a small smile on her lips. Just being near Chokichi made everything better. "Promise?" the blond asked, just like a child. Breathing softly, Yuina almost fell asleep in her love's arms. Of course, the chilly weather stopped her from doing so. Jumping a bit as she was picked her, her eyes shot up, "Chokichi?" she asked, not really sure why. Wrapping her arms around the stuffed pack, she watched Chokichi, "Don't worry. I'll always be safe with you." she smiled and placed her head on his chest. While she was willing to run along side him, Yuina knew he would feel better carrying her. Then he'd know where she was. Nodding, she prepared herself for the continuing journey.
