Poison Manipulation Jutsu
Kumori used the poison on the kunai to redirect the kunai back at Hiroshi as well as manipulating the poisoned water to fire a wave of poison at hiroshi
Even if you manage to dodge both of those the paralysis poison you were submerged in earlier should kick in within a few seconds

Hiroshi dodged the kunai and used water wall jutsu to guard himself from the water. Hiroshi grinned and he used water dragon jutsu sending a dragon strait at Kumori. He used water dragon jutsu again to make a twin headed dragon that was bigger and he deadlier, and it was heading strait for Kumori

He giggled a little as the guy continued using poisoned objects to attack him, since the water the dragons were made of were now mostly poison he redirected them back at him
Really, you think you would have learned when i redirected the kunai, poison attacks aren't going to have an effect

Hiroshi smiled and jumped into the forest where the poison took his leg. Hiroshi ran and cloned himself, the clones ran back to attack Kumori. The real Hiroshi was at another river where he used water dragon jutsu and sent it at Kumori. Hiroshi had to focus allot of chakra to get the dragon to the other side of the woods but he did it.
