Kairai was working on a new puppet she had recently killed a man to buy, as she was installing the blades on its arm she felt someone trip her sensory wire, her head rotated around backwards like an owl and was facing the man looking at her her head, she then turned it back around and said to herself, the chakra sensor in my eye indicates his chakra level is incredibly high, whatever i need to get back to work on this puppet, she got back to work on her puppet

Umbra had not noticed the woman turn heer head creepily around, nor would he really care. He might have been saying HOLY F***#*@G DONKEY, but outside he would keep calm and act as if it was nothing.
Ehh, hmmm miss, ehhh
Umbra was never one to beat around the bush, but also didn't want offend her at this time. He pondered what to do, and decided it was best to be straight upfront.
Damn screw it, I come from an organization, an assasin organization to be exact.
Mono kept a calm cool attitude while talking to her.
"Right now I'm looking for more people to join this organization. It just so happens that you cought my eye in this."

she turned her head around again and looked at him for a moment before turning her head back around and continuing her work
...I'm not interested she mumbled under her breath as she continued working on her puppet

As I suppose most people aren't, but there are some great interests, and the best part of any job is the Fringe Benefits.
1. You have protection 24/7 from any source.
2. You choose who you kill or if you would like someone killed it is free.
3. You have acces to any supplies within the organization
4. A free living place with your own accomadations as you would like them.
Ahh and like I said it is a job so you won't be working in the organization for free."

She didn't even turn around again, she just continued her work, her puppet was nearly complete, she just mumbled under her breath again "Not interested"

Umbra pondered if she had even cared to listen, and then he noticed everything around him, it looked expensive although she did not look wealthy at all, so he thought that money might be her type of lure.
"Might I add that the money is quite nice, since alot of people have enemies they can't handle we get a lot of work and so we got a lot of money."
He said waiting to see any sort of reaction in her face.
"plus theres a joining bonus."
He said this with a smile on his face.

She stopped working on the puppet immediately, she then thought to herself "more money means more puppets means more happiness" she turned her whole body around and said "I'm in, what do I do know though, is there somewhere I have to live or train"? she was very eager to begin

He said now taking of the cloak he had been wearing.
"You'll have to fight me to get into the organization, by no means would you have to beat me nor injure me all this is for is to see what you can do."
He said now pulling a Kunai out of his backpack Umbra had no means to use his bloodline here.
"so show me what you're made of, and might I add, be as flashy as possible, I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff.

she knew she would have to showcase some serious powers here to get the money she wanted, but to her money was everything, she immediately jumped back as 6 chakra threads came out of small holes in her arms, then a single scroll came out of her back she touched it with one hand and 6 puppets came out and the strings attached to them, one puppet dug under ground while another one that looked like a hawk flew in the air, two were shaped like rock ninja and another two were a tiger and a bear, she then waited for her opponent to make a move
