Umbra had not and could have not possably seen the poisin, but seeing an unaturally strong shinobi just wondering around was not something that happened daily, so Umbra was uneasy an extremely suspicious. " I might be in trouble here" he had stated in his mind. Umbra had grabbed a Kunai with an exploding tag on it quietly. He wasn't going to attack as this man might have saved his life, but he was ready in case he was pushed to attack. "Yea I'm quite alright, thanks to you sir" he said bowing in gratitude and respect to this man. "I'm Umbra, Umbra Telum and I was on my way to Konoha when 'this' happened" he said with the kunai hidden in one hand and the other rubbing his shoulder leasurely.

Kumori needed to find out what this man could do but didn't want to engage him in battle as he might not be so apt to join the organization if attacked
hmmm, i need to get this man to demonstrate his techniques in a safe environment, ah ha I've got it
Kumori stepped on a small smoke bomb in his shoe causing the area to be covered in smoke
God were under attack again, get ready for battle he said to the other ninja while they were both under the blanket of smoke
right after the smoke came up he formed a clone out of purple liquid poison and molded it into the shape of a stone nin, then the smoke cleared
It's a stone nin, and im to weak to battle as i was returning from a battle when i found you, that sleep gas was all i had left you think you can handle him on your own?
Kumori went and jumped in a tree he was controlling the clone with his mind but didn't let it show, he then made the clone attack with a kunai he had formed from poison

Umbra had been surprised to see another shinobi here as he had not senced anything close enough to attack, so he thought it was a fairly strong ninja, if it was able to hide it's presence so well. "Damnit" he screamed while throwing the exploding tag right infront of himself as to give him a second to prepare. "damn he can't fight at the moment, I guess I have no other choice" he said while raising his right hand. "Intestinus Vesica" he yelled, as he did a Katana came out of his hand. "Actually this might be a tad fun" he said while charging at the strange shinobi.

Wow he can summon swords from his hands, pretty sick maybe he can be an assassin after all, better see what else he can do first though he thought to himself
he made the poison clone toss the kunai at the ninja then right after he made it fire a paralysis poison arrow from its mouth at the ninja
Watch out this rock nin looks like he means buisness

Umbra was now enjoying this battle as he had not battled in a while t was like heaven to him.
"Hehe I see that, Mucro Contego Jutsu"
He said while joining his hands. A huge strong shield sprouted around Umbra, just to block the Kunai and Arrow, then Umbra quickly dismissed the jutsu.
"K'mon is that it?"
He said with a sinister grin on his face.
"Substantia Abeo Jutsu, FIRE"
He stated as his sword went ablaze in flames
"now I attack"
he said using speed appeared right in front of the shinobi and swung the flaming blade, aiming directly at the neck of the shinobi.

Kumori was surprised and very appeased
This man is amazing, he will be perfect for the organization, but i guess its best I end this facade and get him to join
As the head went flying off the clone incredibly powerful paralysis gas exploded out of it going 20 ft in all directions, Kumori jumped down from his tree to see what had happened with umbra considering he was directly in front of the clone when it exploded

Umbra was Happy yet extremely confused on what had happened to the shinobi whom had attacked him.
"What in bloody hell just happened"
he said staring spacily into the spot where the Shinobi had been standing, and were now smoke was dispersing about.
"What in bloody hell is this, God Damnit it's paralysis Gas, and fairly strong paralysis gas I can actually feel its effects"
He had stated while instinctively covering his mouth and nose form the Paralysis fumes.
"Who the hell did this, This isn't any normal paralysis gas or else I'd be immune to it *cough*"
He had stated while trying to run from the gas, but it was too late his movements had been slowed dramatically already. Then it struck him like lightning to a metal rod.
"The man from the sleeping gas, It must'a been him"
He stated out loud as the paralysis gas finished completely paralyzing his body
"DAMN YOU"
he screamed with the last movable power he had.
"I knew I should of been a lot more cautious with this guy"

Kumori walked over to the paralyzed man, who lay on the ground fully conscious but unable to talk or move, he then held one finger above the mans lips and squirted a blue liquid on them
That worked out just as i planned he thought to himself, he then said out loud "I have to tell you that was one remarkable show, the way you handled that poison clone with such power, as your blade slashed through his neck, it looked as though you were overcome by joy, which is exactly what I'm looking for, now you have 1 of two choices, you could A pledge your allegiance to me and join my organization known as Assassin Inc. or B I'll cover your body in the most horribly painful poison in me, that blue liquid I poured on your lips should enable you to talk so answer quickly"

He though to himself as trying to make a decision.
"and what if after I join I decided to leave, ever thought o' that Mr. Prettyboii"
He knew this wasn't a smart thing to say, especially in the position he was in, but Umbra had never really been one to keep quiet his thoughts nor did he really care.
"and if I join this organization, what exactly will I be doing, and will I be doing it for you?
He asked with his usuall smart-mouthed tone.

Well to answer your first question, you leave, and trust me on this, you will die and how will you die you ask well that brings me to point two, were a group of assassins that take contract kills from anyone and everyone, we live in Kyoshi Mura, a hidden village in the country of grass where we train, you get paid for each mission you complete and if you don't complete your mission you better be dead, if you choose to leave the organization, we will halt all contracts and every operatives mission will be finding and slowly torturing you before you die, so whatcha say
Kumori stopped tossing the venomous kunai and knelt down to the man to hear his response
