From all around, Tain's voice could be heard. He was laughing at their attempt to catch him.

Toshiro also did handsigns and yelled, “Lightning, Gekido Hoshi!” And a bigger dome formed, sparks flying from it, ready to strike.

A Breeze hit the leafs of the tree. Tain was still no where to be found.

This would be impossible. Tain was using a technique with the iron sand to make it so he couldn't be found. And even if they were to figure it out, they would be unable to injure him.
Not even your Thunder can save you now!
OOC (Again): BTW, Electicity cannot break sand. Sand Conducts Water, which Conducts Electricity. Sand does not first hand conduct electricity

OOC: I said it's coming from everywhere. He had spread his sand out and his voice is coming from it, meaning that your surrounded by him and his voice
Tein was glad of this. He didn't want to waist his time fighting her, when he was confidant that He would win.

OOC:// She's hearing your voice, meaning she knows your around. And there is no way an A-Ranked ninja can win to basically three Kages and another S-Rank.

There was no movement, but Tain's voice spead, and increased
I consider all of your rouges and will be sending some stronger Ninjas to kill you all later....
Tain knew killing a Kage would be a bad idea, and would try not to. But that doesn't always work.

OOC: Watch the second Naruto movie. Gaara's sand armor is ripped apart by her lightning. Plus Iron Sand is metal, and metal conducts electricity.
