Shu went to stop, but couldn't. He felt a primal urge. The one to kill. His chakra aura became black, and a third tomoe formed in his eyes. His skin became pale. “Aina...I can't stop...”

Keiko looked up at Shu, watching as the blue turned to black. She froze on the ground, not sure what to do at this point. What was going on? She had never seen his aura turn black, and not that she looked closer, she swore a third tomoe was sitting there. Her throat was suddenly dry as his skin turned really pale and Shu told her he couldn't stop. What if.... No, this couldn't be happening. It wasn't him....
"Shu!!! You have to stop. I don't know what to do." She told him, scrabbling to her feet. And running close, though stopping a few feet away. How could she help him when she didn't know what to do?

His chakra levels were increasing rapidly, and the ground around him began to deteriorate. He locked eyes with Aina, his eyes full of malice and killing intent. He took a step towards her and disappeared, reappearing behind her, aiming a kick to her back.

Keiko caught his eyes, and never before had she seen so much hate. Never so much blood lust and it truly scared her. Her body tightened, muscles becoming stiff and her eyes were just attached to his. She couldn't pull them away from the look, it sent chill after chill down her spine. No one had caused her so much fear in her life. As he disappeared, she felt released, only to have a foot slammed into her back. She tumbled away, letting out a few short cough's before pushing herself up. Her eyes danced over him, before she came forward. Either he would kill her, or if Shu was still there, Shu would fight it. She was pretty sure she knew what it was, the something that Hiromi was looking for and Itachi was now keeping an eye open for.

Shu did handsigns and put his hand in the ground. Raikiri began to form around it. He ran at her, arm raised. He swung at her, but something jerked his body forward and he hit a tree, cutting it cleanly in two. He grimaced as in pain and began to let out pained growls.

She flinched as she felt something hit beside her. She thought that it was going to hit her dead on, more then likely killing her. But, instead, he missed and hit a tree. Shu was in there. She glanced around, almost as if looking for help that wasn't going to come to her rescue. Keiko wasn't sure, of anything now. Her arms reached out and pulled Shu into a tight embrace, it was the only thing she could do. "Please Shu, you have to stop this. I need you too." She said to him, holding him with all her might. "I don't want to loose you Oni-san." She said, using his nickname. What? She had a bit of hope left, maybe she could brake through.

Shu's arms fell limply to his side and he said into her ear, in a voice much unlike Shu's. “You are lucky he is resisting, or I would have eaten your heart by now.” Shu's hands flew to his head, and he began to emit an unearthly scream. His face had distorted images of pain on them.

Her only other option would be to get someone from the Akatsuki, like Deidara. But she was sure that they would kill Shu just to take the demon. Keiko was sure that's what it was, there was no other reason for him to be like that. It would also go along with how he had so much chakra at times and energy. Listening to that voice, made her shiver, though she never let him go. The scream hurt her ears but she just turned her head away from him. Well, this would be one hell of a way to die. "Oni-san, please." Was all she could say, what more was there for her to do?

Shu's eyes snapped shut, then snapped open revealing the Mangekyou Sharingan. (Ta-da!) He deactivated the Sharingan and his eyes closed. His skin returned to normal, and his chakra aura turned back to blue before fading away. “Did I win?...” He mumbled weakly.

She didn't catch the eyes of Itachi in him (XD), her eyes were shut and just praying for him to be okay. When she felt the chakra go down she looked at Shu, not letting go of him. She realized that she was now crying out of joy that she had her Shu back. She laughed a bit at his question. "Yes, you won." Keiko said, picking him up and balancing his weight in her arms. "How about you go to sleep? And we will talk when you wake up?" She asked, looking down at her 'little brother'.
