Shu wiped his eyes and said, “I can't go. I need the Mangekyou Sharingan. At first, Itachi said I'd have to kill my best friend, but Tobi says there might be another way. I need their help. I can't go with you.”

Just as Sasuke thought. "No, Shu. You do not need the Mangekyou Sharingan. I bet he didn't tell you why he wanted you to get it, did he?" Sasuke then stood up and folded his arms. “Yes, he did. He said he wants someone to carry on his Uchiha legacy. He wants someone to be stronger than him. And besides, don't tell me you've never once thought about getting the Mangekyou Sharingan!”

Sasuke head snapped over to Shu's eyes and looked through him. "And it was only to be used to kill him!" The look of his face was filled with hatred and parts of his teeth were shown, bared from anger. Regaining his composure and relaxing his eyes, he reminding himself that he was talking to nothing more than a child.. talked into something about Itachi's legacy. Sasuke scoffed at the thought and highly doubted Itachi's words. He was nothing more than I liar. "It was over five years ago anyway.. when I was young And I soon found out that it wouldn't be worth it. Going blind was not something I wanted." Sasuke shifted so that his body was facing straight in front of Shu. "Carrying on the Uchiha legacy.. is not something that should be done. Especially his legacy." Shu recoiled slightly from Sasuke's yelling. “I didn't know. I'm sorry, but I suppose I don't know about our clan, but he has the Eternal Mangekyou, he can't go blind. Wait, so you don't want the Uchiha clan to come back? You just want to be a memory?! Well, you know what?! I'm going to restore the Uchiha clan.”

Sasuke stared at him with sudden interest. "The enternal Mangekyou Sharingan? ..there's no way.. how.." Sasuke trailed off for a bit. Madara. had he killed him and taken his eyes? Sasuke was lost in thought and snapped out of it when Shu raised his voice as well. Sasuke remained calm, but his voice was filled modertly with venom. "That is not what I said. It's legacy and traditions. With that, and as I said before, there are certain traditions passed on within the clan members that you do not know of. And I'm sure Itachi will never reveil them to you if he had already filled your head with positive ideas on him." Sasuke shifted his weight again and continued to look at Shu. "I believe the Uchiha clan should be revived.. only better and stronger without the lowly aspects." Sasuke merely shook his head slowly as Shu's new found goal. [/blockquote] |

“Positive ideas on him?! Are you kidding!” Shu yelled with fury. “This man, I hate him with every ounce of hate that I have. Where else can I get the Mangekyou? I have to kill him. And I will, using his own teachings against him.”

Heh.. Sasuke recalled his past.. he had gone with Orochimaru just to gain power and ended up killing him like he had planned using Orochimaru's teachings against him. Sasuke blinked slowly. He understood where Shu was coming from and really believed he knew of Shu felt. But Sasuke could simply not let Itachi use him. Shu would surely lose his life if he stayed with Itachi and the rest of the Akatsuki. He was young and the members would eventually sense treason. Once again, Sasuke kneeled down to Shu's level and rested his hand on his shoulder. He forced a small smile to try to calm him down, but it turned directly to a frown when he began to speak. "Come back to Konoha with me.. I'll train you like we used to. And then, together, we will kill Itachi. And without the use of the Mangekyou. It's our revenge now." [/blockquote] |

Shu shook his head. “I've learned most of the jutsu in the kage scroll, including Chidori, Raikiri, and Rasengan. Deidara says he'll help me, even if Itachi tries to kill me. Tobi said he'd help too. Tobi says Itachi has become corrupt. No offense, but I am far stronger than what I'd be through your training. I'm probably stronger than you.”

Sasuke's coal eyes stayed hardened and his posture never wavered. His arms were no longer to his sides, but folded as he remained staring at Shu. A frown was apparent, and he was rather displeased. In the back of his mind he truly wondered if Shu was even possible of proforming those types of techniques or if it was merely a childish bluff. And although there were very few people who could use them, it is possible they were copied with the use of Itachi's Sharingan. His eyes appeared glazed over from a gleam of sunlight breaking through the trees. He was threw with trying to make him believe reason. "Just please come back.. you'll like it much better. You haven't met my friends yet." The Uchiha's lips curved to a slight smile, yet he still was filled with anger. [/blockquote] |
