The rain poured down upon Hiromi ceaselessly, she had curled into a small ball so now the only part of her body the drops of water were hitting was her face. Her emerald eyes stared up at the sky disobediently as she heard the calming noise of the rain hitting the ground around her. Her Akatsuki cloak was basically the only shelter she had from the relentless down pour around her. Hiromi would be hardly visible to most people as she sat outside in the middle of the field on a dark rainy day, she seemed to like the thought of this. "Will the rain ever stop?" She said aloud not expecting any one to awns of course.

Shinsuke, on his way to Konoha to locate someone was forced to travel through the Rain Country. Despite the fact that it was raining heavily, he didn't have to worry about it. He simply made a small barrier above him acting like an invisible umbrella. As always during his travels, he had a detection barrier set around him to check for any possible threats. Walking onto the field he suddenly sensed a high chakra level and turned his head to where it came from. Akatsuki! He thought barely making out the red cloud emblazoned cloak through the dark, rainy day. Knowing that they usually traveled in pairs, Shinsuke immediately doubled the area of his barrier. He then slowly walked until he was about a half-dozen yards behind the Akatsuki member. "You are an Akatsuki member, are you not?" he asked his hand on his sword.

Hiromi immediately jumped up and the sudden movement almost made her slip in some mud. She did catch her balance though and squinted though the pouring rain to see the outline of a figure and from his voice she could assess that he was male. Hiromi wiped her wet hair out of hair face and was quite for a long moment. "Yes I am an Akatsuki member." She finally replied after a annoyed voice. "What do you want?" Hiromi's voice sounded like acid, she was annoyed because she had been interrupted. She pressed her hands together in case she would have to preform a jutsu.

From the member's reaction, Shinsuke could tell that she couldn't detect chakra very well, which could be to his advatage. Another advatage Shinsuke had was that he could see quite clearly through the heavy rain due to his Sekigan now being activated. He was rather surprised to learn that this member was female. Until now he had come to believe that Akatsuki was comprised of male members. Despite the fact that the she had stated that she was in Akatsuki, he almost wouldn't have believed her if it wasn't for her high chakra level. She was short and appeared to be in her mid-teens. From her responce, Shinsuke could tell that she was probably easily annoyed and from her hands, he could tell that she was ready for an attack. "To know where Itachi Uchiha is." he replied; his voice calm and emotionless.

Hiromi felt a smirk spread across her lips considering the fact that Itachi was her partner, it made this meeting feel very ironic for her. She felt the rain slacken up abit making the person that had confronted her more visible, she now studied him with a apathetic expression. "Why would I tell you such a thing?" She asked her voice now emotionless and monotone, her hands never changed their position. Hiromi blinked water out of her eyes because rain had began gathering at her eye lashes.

Shinsuke was of course, expecting this type of response as people didn't just give out secret information at random, which meant that he was going to have to fight for her to reveal the information. "It seems that there is only one way for you to tell me what I wish to know." he said in the same calm and emotionless way as before. His left hand which had rested on his katana's handle was now gripping it tightly. With a flick of his right hand a kunai which had been hidden in his sleeve dropped into his hand. With another flick of his wrist an instant later he sent the kunai flying towards his opponent.
