Kiyara immediently pushed back her chair, laying and crossing her arms infront of her, and sinking into them. This is the teacher? He's loud... and drags around his dog. Handicap, I asume?. Kiyara snickered to herself.
The young nin shoved her hands into her pocket and pulled a pencil out. She had forgotten to bring a notebook with her. She looked around to her left and poked her neighboor. "Hi", she said quitely and smiled, "I'm Kiyara Akane. I need paper, mind if I have a page?" The student sitting next to her relunctly torn off a page and gave it to her. Kiyara nodded with thanks.
She brushed her bangs out of her eyes and blinked up at the board. She wrote the kanji corresponding on what was written in the front of the room. When she was done, she folded her hands together, with her index fingers mirroring each other, each touching the tips. Kiyara made the tiger seal effortlessly.
Now, came the hard part. She focused her chakra. Being new to this, she was scared she'd make a fool of herself. She tried to focus her mind and spiritual stregth to her finger tips of her index fingers. Then she focused her energy to across her hands.

((mind you, your teacher will 'identify' the element for you. As a student, you are 'clueless' to which color corresponds with which. But this is good if you don't want your character to be stuck with a crappy color. Also note, you don't necessarily need to have a chakra that changes to two colors, it could just be one. )) Chakra Color and Intensity Charts
Blue - Standard Chakra, a darker or icier blue could indicate water or ice (though ice is EXTREMELY uncommon in ninja that are not of the Haruha clan)
Red - Fire chakra, if chakra consumes arm could indicate advanced fire manipulation such as lava. Generally lava ninja are specialists in this one element.
Brown - This is for an earth chakra element. A lighter color indicates sand manipulation. ANY ninja that is shown to have sand manipulation MUST consult with the Kazekage for further training!
Yellow - Holy chakra. Extremely rare. Only ninja with pure hearts are capable of grasping this chakra. This chakra deals in healing jutsu and resurrections.
Clear - Air chakra. Ninja with this chakra are capable of the ancient jutsu of 'Air Walking' which is equivalent to water walking, just on air.
Green - Restoration jutsu chakra. Deals with giving life. Influential in the art of Wood jutsu.
Purple - Evil chakra. Deals with Tenfuujin, and evil sealings. Evident in all Akatsuki members, certain Jinchuuriki, and Curse Seal holders.
Intensity;
1. If the chakra simply covers your fingers, much training is needed. This means that you are only capable of simple E rank jutsu and may experiance great difficulty with D rank jutsu.
2. If the chakra covers your hands, you have basic chakra control and stores. E, D and some C rank jutsu are possible.
3. If the chakra covers your arms, you have massive chakra stores and control and are capable of any jutsu up to A rank.
4. If the chakra covers your body. You could be a Jinchuuriki or a very gifted person. You are capable of grasping S rank jutsu and all below. No genin is capable of this rank. Most Kage have these stores.

OOC: Got it, thanks.
IC: Kiyara's eyes burned into the tips of her fingers. For a while, she felt incapable of focusing her chakra. Then, after twenty seconds or so, her hands, just reaching a bit past her wrist. An light blue mist gulped around her small hands and paper. It felt good and soothing to her. She liked the feeling of the chakra pulling over her hands. "Sensei", she said in an exciting voice, "My chakra is blue! Its cool!"

Jiroubou gave a faint smile and wrote up the color coordinations on the board.
"Blue chakra eh? Now stand up and come look to the board. I want YOU to identify it, since you are the first to draw up your chakra among the students." He motioned for Kiyara to stand and pointed to a floor tile right in front of the board.
"From the looks of it, your chakra stands at a basic rate for intensity. You most likely will be able to obtain and master E,D, and some C rank jutsu. Now for your element." He pointed up to the board with a kunai. "Find blue on the there and get specific with the shade."

The tiny ninja stood up without a soud. She walked of from the left of the desks and rushed to the board, almost tripping over a leg chair. She walked up the the tile and then centered herself on it.
"Blue? Blue? Light blue?", she mummbled under her breath. Her eyebrows were creased, caught in the emotion of impatients.
She pointed at it, "Its this one. My chakra was light blue and misty. Its..", she hesitated while she tried to figure out the kanji written, "its ice?"
She looked at him blankly and nodded. "Um, I'm guessing thats good. E, D, and C! Wow." Kiyara commented cockyly.

Jiroubou raised a brow and smirked.
"Well well! An ice manipulator! That's something new." He checked off a name on his clipboard and wrote in a word next to it.
"Hmm...well then? No one else wants to come up here? Hmm? Suppose the rest of you have no special elements then. Get used to basic jutsu."
"Well, Kiyara you can sit back down then. Once this semester is over, we'll begin work on grasping some of your beginning elemental jutsu."
Jiroubou turned away and erased the board, replacing it with a large set of kanji and kana in regards to manuevering and stealth.
"PENS AND PENCILS AND PAPER BACK OUT NOW! YOU ALL WILL WRITE THIS DOWN!"

Kiyara shyly smiled and looked down at the ground in gratitude. Her choppy long bangs flew to cover her forehead. Kiyara happily walked back to her desk with her hands locked together. This time, not tripping. An ice element?
Jiroubou turned away and erased the board, replacing it with a large set of kanji and kana in regards to manuevering and stealth.
The loudness of the instructor's voice starteld Miss Akane and she quickly turned to her neighboring student and asked for another sheet. "Thank you", Kiyara repiled hummbly to her.
Her pencil uneasily fit in between her ring finger and the side of her thumb as she wrote with skilled penmenship in kanji what was on the board.

Jiroubou glanced around as papers and pencils shuffled.
"ALRIGHT! EXAMPLE A! I will show you what stealth does NOT look like! Watch!"
Jiroubou's dog perked his ears and leapt up, heeding the call of his master. Jiroubou nodded to him and Jiroubou began barking loudly and charging up and down the aisles.
"See? You noticed him very well. He failed to conceal himself and went headstrong into the aisles. Example B! This is what stealth should be like."
He brought a seal to his face and disappeared instantly. He threw his voice across the room to avoid being homed in on.
"See?" His voice came from outside of the room. "Haha, well no you don't 'see' I suppose." His voice came again, this time from the back of the room.
He flicked another seal and reappeared behind a boy in the back row who was half asleep. He stayed silent and kept his voice at the front of the room. Jiroubou slammed a hand down onto the boy's desk and startled him awake.
"Good, at least we're on guard. Hehe."
Jiroubou looked up and twitched his ears with a perk of sounds. "Bells going to ring in 12 seconds. I can hear the built in timer. Gather your things! Class is..." The bell rang "DISMISSED!"
