Dontey sat down searching her desk for a certain knife, the one used in the Initiations of the Patriots. "Found it." her voice rang out in the empty room, "Step Forward." she told Toshiro.

Toshiro stepped forward, eyeing the knife warily.

((It is. It needs the persons blood, just like a summon.))
"Hold out your hand, Toshiro." Dontey said, eying him, giving him a look that told him she knew what she was doing.

Toshiro was slightly reassured by her look and held out his hand.

She was quick but careful in her movements, she slit the palm of his hand, and wiped some of the blood into her hand. She lifted her hand to his shoulder, and mapped out the outline of the mark that would soon be in the exact place. "Now take a deep breath." Dontey said calmly.

Toshiro slightly winced when she cut him, and began breathing deeply as she commanded. He dared not speak, for fearing that he might interupt the ritual.

Dontey closed her eyes and did a hand sign, "Kai!" she said suddenly, the blood burning into the skin of Toshiro. "It hurts but it's worth it." she said gently.

Toshiro felt a powerful burning sensation on his arm, but he refused the urge to grab it. He just decided to wait, thinking this was almost over.

Ransu was thinking about the being Toshiro's liutenent but going to another village he didn't know about.

Dontey put her hand down, "It's over, welcome fully to the Patriots." she said kindly. She walked over to her desk and grabbed a piece of clothing off of it, she threw it to him. "Welcome Capitan Toshiro."
