Toshiro stood in a clearing of the bamboo forest, meditating. He was looking for a lieutenant, one who was powerful. He needed one he could trust.

Shinsuke's meandering throughout the shinobi world had left him lost in the middle of the Grass Country. As always during his travels, he had a detection barrier set up around him just in case he was being followed or the like. As he walkd slowly and silently through the dense bamboo forest, his barrier had picked up someone with an incredibly high level of chakra; a level possibly higher than his own. Though to Shinsuke's surprise, the person wasn't moving at all. Unsure of what someone this strong could do, Shinsuke activated his Sekigan. Looking through the densely packed trees, he spotted the person not too far away and began walking toward him.

Toshiro's eyes snapped open, sensing a very high chakra level. “Whoever is there, you might as well as come out. I'm not a threat, unless you are an Akatsuki member. Or allied with Morgan Uchiha.” Toshiro gripped his katana firmly, just in case.

Shinsuke stopped as soon as he heard the man speak before he entered the clearing. He was glad to know that this person was not a threat; however he was also surprised to hear the name Morgan Uchiha. He had heard that everyone in the Uchiha clan was killed except for two. When he saw the man clearly, Shinsuke noticed two things: that he was from Kumo, and that the man was at least ten years younger than him. His eyes moved as he watched the person grasp his sword. "I have nothing to do with either, so you need not be alarmed." he said, "I have seen few with a chakra level as high as your own from Kumo, except for the Raikage himself and you obviously aren't him. So that leads me to believe that you are either a missing-nin, or one of thier head ninja. Tell me, which is it?" Despite Kumo not being an allly of Konoha, Shinsuke hoped that the man wouldn't figure out that he was an S-rank missing-nin.

“I am the strongest of the Head Ninja for Kumo. I am in an organization that is a global version of ANBU. It goes by a different name, but we'll call it by it's codename for now, which is ANBU Black. I am one of it's leaders. I sense you are strong, would you like to be my lieutenant to me? ANBU Black is slowly rotting. That damned Uchiha, she's working with Itachi, she attacked me and my comrades, then stops mid-battle, and says sorry, and gets mercy, and a position of power. I intend to stop her, if you'd like to help. By the way, what village are you from?”

ANBU Black huh? he thought to himself. He had never heard of that organization before, even when he was an ANBU captain many years ago. "Alright." he began. "I shall accept your offer as your lieutenant for ANBU Black and I shall help you defeat this Uchiha Morgan. I am from Konoha." He was sure that this man would check if he really was from Konoha which could be bad for him, but he was getting rather bored endlessly wandering throughout the world without a purpose.

“Ok then. We shall have to head to Kokushi Mura in Konoha so Uzumaki Dontey-senpai can get you set up. Oh, and she is of no relation to Naruto-san. Beware, for she has fallen into the nest of lies the Uchiha has constructed. You must be strong, because the Uchiha is as well. Might I have your name?”

In Konoha. he thought. He wasn't expecting that and it would be very dangerous if he were to step into Konoha as he had killed at least a several dozen ANBU members throughout the years. "As you said before I am strong and although I have never faced an Uchiha, I am certain that I can defeat her. My name is Shinsuke Kaisaku ." Again, he was absolutely certain that his name would be checked, but he believed that he could kill the man if he had to.

“Hm, sounds familiar... But never mind. It is good news you will help. We won't go attacking her, not while she has the support of our leader, hmmm. I've been trying to find a way to get her to let her guard down.”
