((Aina only))
The sun peeked up through the window as daylight approached. A small village, near the border of the Fire Country, holds an Akatsuki base on it's outskirts. As the sun fully rose, it bathed the house in light. The blanket on the bed moved, and a yawn could be heard. Silver hair popped up, followed by a young boy with orange eyes. The boy was Shu Uchiha, and he was now a year older. He has learned everything in his books, and learned a great deal of taijutsu, but that wasn't the reason he was excited, the reason was because Shu could finally start training from the Kage scroll. He got out of bed, got dressed, and got the scroll. He opened the door and walked into a room across the hallway. There lied a girl, who Shu has considered his sister. He jumped on the bed, landing on the girl, and yelling in her ear, “AINA! Get up! C'mon sleepyhead!” Shu was eager to train.

As the year passed, Keiko had trained with Shu a lot, helping him learn as much things as she could. She didn't see a lot of Itachi lately, seeing as he was either on a mission or her training with Shu. She was still tired from the yesterday, not being able to sleep and reading the Kage's scroll so she somewhat knew it. She was having a nice sleep, until something jumped on her, yelling about her getting up. Her small yelp could be heard and she shot up, looking at her 'little brother' with a glare. "Shu," She whinnied before turning over and pulling the blankets over her head again. "Five more minutes." She bargained, though she desperately wanted more. She had a soft spot for the little guy and he knew how to work it at times too, which made her slightly angry.

Shu sat there for five seconds, then got bored. He decided to do something that would have to make her get up. Looking around he said, “Aah, that will do.” Shu was looking at Aina's swords, he ran over to them, and said, “Hey, Aina, look, I'm touching your swords!” Shu picked them up and began to swing them around.

With that, she let out a grunt, before her covers were thrown off and she sat up looking at Shu. Her hair was messy from the restless sleep, and the over-large shirt was near her knees. "That's it." She growled with a small smirk, jumping out of the bed to run over to him, reaching for her kama's. She was trying to be quiet, not to wake any of the other members because they might be in serious trouble then. Her bare feet made no sound on the cold ground as she made her way to him. She gave him a warning look, warning him to hand over her weapon's and be quiet. And possibly leave, though he wouldn't pay mind to the latter.

Shu handed her the swords. “I was wondering when you'd get up! It's ok to be loud. Deidara-san told me that they all left. He's the only Akatsuki I like. C'mon, let's go train, we are now gonna start the Kage scroll. Kagebunshin no Jutsu here I come!”

Well, that was a releif that everyone was gone. She felt a little better only because she tend to stray away from the other members. She rolled her eyes as he got all excited, though she couldn't help but smile. She was happy that she could do something good for once, lately she had been feeling like she was always screwing something up. "Go out so I can change." She said, pushing him out and quickly changing into her normal clothes. As she came out she grabbed Shu's hand and pulled him out of the base, so they could go train again.

Shu said “Owwww” in a whiny voice when she pushed him. When she came out and grabbed his hand, he was wondering why she was running. “You know, you don't have to push me Aina-neechan. And do you like Deidara-san? He's cool. He tells the other Akatsuki to back off. He also makes cool clay animals. The one I dislike the most is Konan. Do you know why she's so moody and stubborn? She always calls me a baby, or taunts me.”

She laughed a bit, "Yes, Deidara-san is nice." She said, nodding her head. She came to a stop at their normal training spot. "Oni-san, I think thats because Konan doesn't like other people." Keiko said with a chuckle. There were few she did like, and the others just made her stray away from them. She was excited and hyper now, thanks to Shu's normal energy. She figured that she had to step up and be just about as energetic as him.

“Well, maybe if I become stronger she won't hate me.” Shu pulled out the scroll and opened it up. The first ninjutsu was, Kagebunshin no Jutsu. “Woohoo! Now I can be like Naruto! Oh yeah, since you probably won't know how to do these since they're jounin and kage level techniques, we'll have to read from the scroll.” Shu looked at it. “Hmmm, that's wierd, only one handsign...”

Keiko looked over his shoulder at the scrolls she was trying to read the night before. "That doesn't mean its going to be easy." She told Shu, as she once again ran over the hand sign that was written on the scroll. This was going to be interesting, seeing as they both hadn't done this jutsu, but she has seen a few us it. So it was going to be funny for them to learn together something. But its not like that hasn't happened already, a few times Shu had helped her with things! Imagine that.
