Motherly instincts wanted to kick in, to hold the boy so he didn't cry. Something her mother never did for her, something she couldn't do now. Keiko held back that and her face soften just a bit. In the back of her mind, she sort felt bad for lying to him, but she couldn't do anything about it, not now. "I'm sorry about your parents Shu, I am. But you can't go around accussing people of knowing where Itachi is." She said.

“How can you just sit there and lie? My Sharingan can detect it! It may not be fully formed, but I can tell if you're lying. My parents are dead because of that man, dead. Please, can you just tell me the truth, I'll do anything you ask.” Shu dropped to his knees now.

She looked down at the now kneeling boy. Keiko wasn't going to break, not to this kid, and not in front of Sasuke. If she did, she might as well just call herself dead. "Shu, get up. Grow up. I'm telling you what I know. And all I know is what had happened to the Uchiha clan. That is it." She said sternly.

Shu was debating whether to attack with his most powerful attack, the Ryouka no Jutsu. He hasn't practiced it enough for a combat situation though. “You evil, twisted girl. This makes you no better than that cold hearted murderer. You deserve death, and I will be the person who hands it to you. I swear on my family name, the one you disgrace by protecting it's destroyer.” Shu spat at her.

Keiko looked down at him, narrowing her eyes as she did. Her anger had ruffled in her chest and she clenched her fists. Damn, this kid was really getting into her head. She did feel bad about his parents, but sitting her and wanting to kill him, what would that change? Nothing. His parents wouldn't come back to life all of a sudden. "That's very believable coming from a child who acts so recklessly." She growled, though her brown eyes closed and she looked away. What the hell has this kid done? "Shu," She spoke his name lightly, and didn't dare to look at him. "If I make you a promise, will you stop accusing me of things? I promise to keep an eye out for him, and if I see him, I will come tell you. " Her lies coming more natural.

The rage in Shu was unimaginably strong. He could not hold it in anymore. Without thinking, he did hand signs. “Ryouka no Jutsu!!” The entire area went up in flames. Shu was almost completly drained of chakra. He fell to his knees.
((Gotta go.))

With seeing his anger, she was already ready for the attack and she watched as the area burst into flames. Keiko went to jump but noticed that Shu was on his knees, and she let out a growl as she grabbed the boy and jumped into a near by tree. She ran away from it, holding the stubborn child in her arms. "Why do I even get myself into this, he's just going to attack me again, or start his accusing." She mumbled under her breath.
After she got a safe distance, she jumped to the floor, placing Shu against a tree. Keiko sat on a branch above his head, and just wanted to ask one thing before leaving. "Are you okay?" Damn, these motherly instincts.

Shu looked up. “You'd better take me with you... Or I'll kil...” Shu then passed out from lack of chakra.
((Take Shu with you, I have an interesting story twist.))

Keiko sat above him for a few moments. Should she really take him back with her? She couldn't just leave him there. She jumped down, and with her good around picked him up by the waist and held him there. She looked around before breaking into a run, though her arm hurt a bit, she didn't bother to mess with it. When she got to the room, she opened the door, and not seeing Itachi, made her feel a bit releaved, for now. She placed the kid on the bed, pulling the covers over him and just letting him rest. It was the best thing for someone who had no chakra left.
She made sure he had no wounds, and she didn't find one before she went into the bathroom to dress her own.

Shu was not aware of what was going on around him. He began to stir a few hours later. 'Wait, why am I in a bed? Am I back at the village? This doesn't look like a hospital...' Shu got out of the bed and slowly made his way to the door. Then, his body went stiff and he fell down. 'Damn it, I can't move...'
