Itachi, with his Akatsuki attire on, stood staring at the water. A small gust blew through, making his robe rustle. He sensed a presence, and said, “Come on out. Now.”

Keiko had told Shu that today he could have a break of training, which he seemed a bit sad about, but that's Shu for you. She had been training with him non-stop for the past year, and he had learned so much. He grew to be like her little brother and she felt that she was at least playing a big sister role for him. The only reason she told Shu no training was because she was going to tell Itachi how much he had improved already. Plus, she hadn't seen him in a long time. His voice called out as she neared him, which made her smile.
Keiko stepped out to stand next to him, and looked at the water as well. "How was the mission, Itachi." She asked.

Itachi smiled slightly. “It ended in failure I'm afraid.” Itachi took off his hat, and said quietly, “I've missed you. So, what do you need me for?”

She frowned as he said the mission was a failure, though she continued to look at the river in front of the two. Though his next statement made a faint smile trace her lips as she turned to look at him. Keiko smiled a smile that was the one he only got. "I've missed you as well." She said in a quiet voice, you never knew when someone would be near by. And that was something that no one was to hear. "I wanted to tell you about Shu's progress." She started, before looking back ahead. "He's learned a lot in the past year, all the academy things, plus a few things on the scroll he had taken. Chidori included." She said, still having that experience in her mind.

Itachi looked at her. “Chidori is my brother's personal jutsu. It was invented by him because he cannot perform Raikiri. How is his Sharingan developing?”

She turned her face back towards him as he spoke, her brown eyes staring into his black ones. Keiko nodded, "He tried Raikiri the other day, he almost had it, though he didn't have enough chakra." Keiko explained, knowing that he had been drained because of Chidori that he preformed just moments before trying Raikiri. "We've really only been focused on the basic jutsu, though I plan on helping him father along with it now." She said, though she knew she couldn't do too much, Itachi could help him better then her.

“Hm, impressive. I look forward to teaching him. I will help him obtain the Mangekyou Sharingan as well.”

She smiled, maybe this was a good thing that she ran into Shu. She certainly was worried for a while, but things seemed to get better. Keiko let out a small breath of relief as she stood there, black hair slightly longer then before, the ends touching her jaw line now, unlike before. She brushed it back as she thought about it before deciding that this may be the only time to ever really talk to him for a while. "How've you been lately?" Keiko asked, raising her eyes to his.

Itachi sighed and said, “Me? I have been fine. I just, am bored. Noone provides a challenge for me. How are you feeling?”

She smiled with him speaking. She really didn't see any one who gave him a challenge, besides herself, though that is not the same reason he is talking of. Keiko thought about how things have been back at the hide out, with everyone. "Fairly well, Shu has been keeping me on my feet." She said truthfully. That kid was a handful at times, and he knew how to push her button's the right way. "When's your next mission?" She asked, hoping it wasn't soon. Keiko wanted him to stay for a bit, though she couldn't do anything if it was soon.
