You're fighting environment is this...Down fall!!!!!!

You are in a valley with a particularly odd feature. The wind from above periodically shifts and pushes downward in a thrusting motion with enough force to buckle your knees and give you the inuyasha sit command(LOVE THE REFERENCE...LOVE IT!!!). Outer perception is key here. Learn your environment and key your moves around the down falling bursts of wind before they throw you off your course and maybe out of the tournament all together. Have fun.

She is just at average height with strawberry blonde hair that comes to about her shoulders. Her zori are blue and she wears a pair of white Capri’s and on her right leg her shuriken holster, and on her left are three kunai strapped to her thigh. Her shirt is a plain white one, but over it a black jacket where the sleeves come down over her hand slightly. She wears strapped to her back a special summon’s tablet which is three small wooden planks strapped together, and when she pulls it out she lays them all flat and summons several pieces of sheet metal to use in her jutsu. She wears her headband on her head.

Specialties: Kekkai Genkai- Electromagnetic Field Manipulation Jutsu. Lightning and Earth Ninjutsu Long-Mid Range Fighter
Jutsu:

Name: Primary Activation Jutsu
Rank: S-Kinjutsu (E-Skill)
Effect: User activates their Kekkai Genkai to begin converting their chakra into an electromagnetic field around themselves, where in they can manipulate it and all metal within the radius or the arms of the field. The field can be identified by a slight wavering of light as it enters, making it seem like there is a mirage in the area.
Name: Flying Shuriken Jutsu
Rank: D-Kinjutsu
Effect: Within the field of their Kekkai Genkai user can set several shuriken flying around at extreme speeds, attack anyone with in range.
Name: Flying Defense Jutsu
Rank: D-Kinjutsu
Effect: User summons several larger metal objects, Chaku uses large pieces of sheet metal that she carries in a special summoning tablet on her back. The pieces of metal are lifted into the air and spun around, ready to defend her when she positions them, also good for distraction.

Personality: Chaku Jitsu is lead by her emotions and does not like to take human life. Most of her jutsu revolve around simply paralyzing the opponent in order to apprehend them, but when she can’t do that she will resort to attacking them

Akihiro is a shorter boy, with very light brown hair and green tourmaline eyes. His skin color is fair and he has a girlish appearance in his face. His hair is spiky and has pieces that frame his face. He wears a studded earring in his left ear, but it is usually covered with his hair. He wears a red head band cloth which is located on his forehead. His sweatshirt is dark red with a gray Uzumaki swirl in the center on the front, and there are small cuts in the sleeves towards the end of his arms. He wears black sweats that cut off a few inches above his standard blue ninja shoes.

He has no special techniques he uses an extreme form of taijutsu to fight and on occasion uses the nine tails chakra.

Specialties: Jinchuriki host of the Kyuubi.

Personality: Akihiro is a very conservative person, but is most generally found with a smile on his face. He has a high respect for the previous jinchuriki, Naruto Uzumaki, and feels for his pain. Although, he does share the pain of not having parents, no one knows the secret of him being the 4th jinchuriki, but the Hokage and the Leaf's Elders. But he doesn't have friends, and even though he always tries to smile thorugh any situation, he is lonely and empty. He isn't that social, because he doesn't know the comfort of having someone around. But he's fine with it, he knows that he will gain respect for his comrades and sensei when he is out on a team. He comes off as if he doesn't particularly like attention, but received it in the academy, due to his great scores on almost all levels and tests, actually made him feel really good, and secretly likes to be acknowledged. He feels that doing his best ans sticking out will make people like him, not for who he is as a person. Which is a funny, carefree down to earth kind of boy. He has feelings for all living things and is actually a very sensitive boy. He has good common sense and is great about planning out a situation in steps, and doesn't jump to conclusions, making his temper toleration high, and keeps the Kyuubi in check.

Chaku gasped in pain as she was thrown to the ground again, walking through the large valley. She had figured she should have gone around, but of course, even the most daunting of geographical features couldn't detour her overwhelming optimism. She was finally able to get up and took off running again, trying to get farther before she was pushed down. She was getting tired already, and was considering using her Kekkai Genkai to keep her up, but she couldn't waste precious chakra on such a little thing. She had to look at this like training

Akihiro was knocked to the ground once again, he tried to keep his cool but was getting a little annoyed that he couldn't keep himself up. Which annoyed him more because he hates getting annoyed. Akihiro got back to his knees and stared across the clearing to see a girl, strawberry blond hair having the same troubles as him. 'She must be my opponent.' Akihiro readied himself, being so low in rank, with few jutsu this fight could be at a disadvantage to him. Unless he relied on the power of the Kyuubi. Which he did not like doing. He wanted to be polite, so he kept on walking towards her, to shake her hand. Excitement carried him on faster only to be struck to the ground again, but the hardest yet, 'I swear if i fall on my ass one more time...' He threatened to himself with not true threat. He made his way to his knees once again and was only a short distance from his opponent.

Chaku saw the boy struggling to his feet and coming towards her, seeming like he was trying to get to her. She pulled the summoning tablet on her back off and put it on the ground. This was obviously her opponent, and she couldn't take any chances. "Back off Konoha Ninja, I don't want to start this fight off right away, let us introduce ourselves first...Ack," She was cut off by another strong burst of wind. From her knees she said, "I am Chaku Jitsu of Kumogakure,"

Akihiro's eye twitched, "I was coming to greet you, not fight you yet." He said, annoyed that the girl was an "assumer", "I think it'd be appropriate to know who i am fighting? As well as who you are fighting. And i have well manners and feel it is a custom to greet someone, even if you are fighting them." Akihiro ended in a smile, "I'm Akihiro Kazuki of the Hidden Leaf Village." He wasn't going to tell her his secret, so he left out the part of him being a jinchuriki. He held out his hand, with eyes closed and soft smile drawn across his lips.

Chaku Jitsu let down her guard at the smile and returned it, "Nice to meet you." She said, firmly shaking the hand offered to her. As she touched his hand though, she could almost...feel? Something not right about him. But she couldn't tell

He let go of her hand and felt good that she wasn't going to try to rip his head off for his politeness and his handshake. "So since wer have met each other and i am perfectly ready to fight. Let's begin." He swung a hard crescent kick to her head prepared for a block so he could then use palms to attack her upper body.

Chaku's eyes widened and she jumped back, realizing the mistake that was, being slammed to the ground. When she was finally able to get up, she opened her summoning tablet and slammed her hand on it, bringing out several Metal Sheets, forcing them into the air with her magnetic chakra and began them spinning, beginning her Flying defense jutsu, making it difficult to get to her with five metal sheets spinning quickly around her.
