The Meeting [closed]

Madara waited for the genjutsu to take effect when he felt it being broken by Sloth. His eyes immediately snapped to him, in a dark scowl. He faded out of existance and then faded behind Kasa and Hyouton. "If either of you disobey me again I will kill you both." He said this with killing intent and all. He then faded back to his seat and acted as if nothing had happened. He then addressed Chikai. "Your sacrifices can wait." He surveyed the room, taking in all the members. He felt Xanican's eyes watching him, and did not look at him when he spoke. "Go ahead. You can speak first, and we will go around the room."

Daisuke watched the scuffle eagerly. He kind of wanted to see a fight, and if one broke out, he would gladly pair with Sin. They looked like they loved killing. So did he! Well, he would ally with whoever Syn allied with, but he preferred Zaiaku. They seemed immature, brash and rude. None of them seemed to know their places. That offended Daisuke personally. All ninja, no matter how strong, should know their places.

Masashi was at this point, nearly freaking out. So many powerful ninja. He quickly got up and bumped into Kasa as he did, and quickly moved towards Xanican. He would like to be by his leader at all times, for he was the only protection that he could get.

[Taka Genai]

Chikai huffed, but was sufficiently silenced. "Fine. I'll hear you out, so that I may get back to my holy works all the sooner." he said, taking a seat.

[Travishnu]

Kasa laughed as the genjutsu took affect, the rush of fear stimulating his adrenaline and making it course through his body. But just as it started it ceased again. He looked over at Hyouton and smirked, "Geez kid, just when it was getting good." He heard Tobi's threat and gave one laugh at him, rolling his eyes. "You could fucking try," He whispered as the meeting started. He wasn't afraid of anyone. Sharingan burned just as well as a regular eye. He looked away, not hardly listening to the meeting. He was fantasizing about other things.

Kenchiku Ari slowly walked into the cave, joining his leader in the Kageyuu, he settled nearly unnoticed. He had to feed the colony, which was hiding nearby, unable to tunnel through the rock, the ants actually had slipped in like a shadow, crawling in the darkest places on the ceiling and hiding in the shadows. He was silent, waiting for the meeting to be over, though the grand construction of the area was quite lovely, he enjoyed the way it worked and plan to ask the creator for a tour.

A smile came to Xans lips as Madara told him he may address those around him with his plan.
"As you all know, justice... comes to everyone, but good and evil are just deeds. Leaf has controlled to much for to long, they have had peace built off the blood of those around us. All of them must suffer for their inequities. So, if there are any among you who does not hate leaf then my alliance is not extended to you. My alliance is extended to those who want power and are not afraid to do anything to obtain such power. Imagine the power obtained by defeating leaf and replacing the hokage with one such as Madara, the perks would be great for all of us, but even better then that... vegeance would be served."

Xans voice was calm and logical as he spoke... slowly his eyes moved around the room, his mangekyou peircing into the faces of those around him, a smile still soft on his lips as he spoke again. "Simply put, Leaf is weaker then they appear. They have only kept afloat because we have not acted sooner, Look to the past my fellow shinobi, Look at the attempts to destroy leaf. The kyuubi, one demon would have devoured it, if not for the fourth hokage... Pein would have crushed it, if only he had true help. We could stand together, take their allies from them by exposing their true nature and then we would converge on them, no one would support leaf in the struggle. one of us is worth a thousand of them. So what are you all willing to do for power? Are there any cowards among us who disagrees with placing Madara in his rightful spot of ownership of leaf. In return im sure he would allow our organizations to rule over the other villages. But first before we fight leaf we must destroy their alliances with the other villages and expose their true nature... and it never hurts to liven a little hatred up in the eyes of neighbors of leaf. Burn a few towns dressed as leaf shinobi and people will be calling for justice... and we will give it to them in time. So what do you all think?" He did not loose any face once so ever, as he stood by his subordinate.

The journey had taken much longer than Tenshi had intended. The day was growing old, the sun was slowly descending beneath the horizon; leaving nothing but the stars to show Tenshi the way. Despite being slightly late for the meeting Tenshi felt no need to hasten his pace. He sauntered along at a fairly slow pace, taking his time and enjoying the scenery as well as the sounds of the night. Waves of chirps and squeaks washed over the path drowning out all other noises as insects scurried about in the night. Occasionally the sound of larger animals rustling through the foliage broke through the constant chirps, other than that nothing else pervaded the hypnotic wave of noise. After another half hour of walking Tenshi laid eyes upon the meeting grounds. He approached cautiously, as he would in any other unfamiliar surrounding. His eyes swept from side to side, and after taking in the scene, decided it was safe to proceed. As he reached the door he ran his fingers through his shaggy brown hair, making sure he presented himself in a manner that asserted authority. He straightened out some of the creases in his jacket, however getting all of them out would be impossible due to the size and style of the garment. He slowly entered the room, pushing the door open with one hand. A small grin spread over his pierced lips as he gazed upon the room full of people.

“The name’s Tenshi.”

Madara looked to Tenshi as he walked in after Xanican finished his plan. "Ah. Pride. Welcome." He turned his attention back to Xanican and his eyes closed for a moment as he contemplated the plan. It was good, no doubt about that, it made plenty of sense. And after all, he deserved the Hokage title. He opened his eyes again, and spoke in his deep, ominous voice. "Uchiha Xanican. That is a wonderful plan. It would be best to spread discourse in this time in which the shinobi villages are so allied." It was now Madara's turn, to speak of his plan.

He cleared his voice and spoke. "Xanican's plan by itself would fail. It requires more effort. You see, as long as the villages have something to rally against, this being the Akatsuki, the bonds forged between them are strong. They define us as plagues, and they combine forces in an attempt to eradicate us. But my last attack weakened them considerably." He was referring to when he sent the Akatsuki out with the sole mission of destroying the Gokage, leaving only Gaara to survive with his bijuu.

He spoke again. "So we must forge trust and friendship among the smaller villages, the minor nations. No great shinobi village will communicate with us, but the smaller villages might, and we could go and collect an army of the smaller villages, Taki, Oto, Kusa. Just to name a few. If we have the lesser villages on our side we can have more leeway." He stood up now, and continued to speak. "And how do we do this? We must be friendly. Help their sick, give them supplies, entertain their children. We must make friends with the villagers in order to gain their trust." He sat back down, and continued. "Attacking Konoha now would be a foolish mistake. Not all of the Akatsuki have been Awoken yet, and we can see that history repeats itself. Otogakure and Sunagakure, and Orochimaru attacked Konoha, and were defeated. Then Pein and his six selves came, and were defeated. No. We must have the devotion of the smaller villages and choose a smaller target to begin with. I say Kirigakure no Sato. Not only are they the smallest and still remain kage-less, they have been recently attacked, and are crumbling."

"We take care of Kiri, picking up any ninja that will join, and forcing others that won't. We put out an order to all missing-nin to join, in order to make a bigger army. Then we go after other villages. We take Konoha last, when it has nowhere to turn, and our army covers the land for miles. We recruit common soldiers as well, they don't have to even be shinobi. Then we collect the bijuu, and attain ultimate power."

He was finished.

DAISUKE:
Daisuke listened intently to Xanican Uchiha's plan and then looked to Madara when he spoke. His plan was rather brilliant and made loads of sense. It sounded foolproof.

Masashi felt proud to be a part of the Seikatsu, and enjoyed listening to Madara's tale.

Syn put down his tea and cleared his throat. "Permission to speak?...I originally formed the KageKyuu to take revenge on all of the great nations, to stand up to the rejects and the "unfit" of the world...to humiliate and reveal the dogmatic simpletons for what they are...Our first operation was to sneak into each and every major nation to steal any and all intel, and later sell them to the right people for the right price. In this case, we could possibly take all of Konoha's intel and valuables and play show and tell with the other nations. With that, Konoha would be revealed...no secrets, no strategies or special whatnots to use, because by the time they would even know that has happed, we along the nations we trust ourselves to would've developed every possible counterattack, leaving them confused, lost and defeated...any objections or questions so far?"

Madara looked to Syn. "An interesting approach. Brains of brawn, in layman's terms. That can be implemented as well." It was quite intriguing. To sell out Konoha to the other nations, but there was one problem with it. "All of the nations are united. Not many of them would care for nation secrets. The smaller villages might however." He then turned to Tenshi. "Pride. What is your take on the matter?"

Apparently missing out on bits and pieces of what everyone else had said Tenshi, intently listened to what the others had to say. So far he had pieced together that they were attempting to form an alliance with the smaller villages, and launch a reconnaissance against Konoha in attempts to steal their secrets and exploit them against them. On top of that, there had been talk of befriending some of the smaller villages through deceit and kind deeds, this plan in particular was very similar to what Tenshi himself had planed. Tenshi looked around from person to person, gathering their attention before he spoke. And in a soothing tranquil manner begin to speak.

“Personally I believe that if we were to befriend the lesser villages the Akatsuki should be completely left out. If they were to engage with the villages the only thing we could hope to do is scare them into forming an alliance with us. It wouldn’t be long until word had spread all around of the Akatsuki picking up trash in the streets of the lesser villages. This would definitely draw attention to ourselves. As an alternative I feel that the less recognized members of Sin should attempt the task. It would more than likely slip under the radar of the larger villages such as Konoha, and eventually we could infiltrate even them and tear them apart from the inside. We could pose as the hero’s of a battle torn era when in reality we are actually infiltrating all the villages preparing to assault them from the inside. Personally I couldn’t join in, as I am well recognized due to my affiliation with Kumo along with the infamy of my lineage. This may even call for us to recruit more members who haven’t broken ties with their village.”

Having brought all he had to bring to the table, Tenshi folded is arms across his chest and leaned back against the wall next to the door awaiting the responses of the others.

Kasa rolled his eyes and slammed his hand on the table, "Whats with all this cloak and danger shit? Think of all the power in this room even without the original akatsuki completely awake, we don't need them." He rose up to a full height, "We can take down any village in our way no problem." He looked around. Not a full speech, but he was tired of hearing all these wind bags just sitting around talking. War needed action.

Kenchiku simply sat back and listened. All points were made and were well executed. They were great plans. "Some light infiltration might be in order too, weakening certain buildings and such to help hinder defenses." and then Kasa spoke up. Kenchiku looked across and said, "Sit down baffoon. We cannot all attack a village, we will only get in eachothers way."
