Patriots Kekki-Genkki Information

Due to the Kekki-Genkki of the Patriots, and the Uchiha's who are in the Patriots Clan, I will be posting this. If you have a Kekki-Genkki already, it will be shorted out COMPLETELY by the Kekki-Genkki, Blind Eye. That means, unless the mark of the Patriots is removed from your body, you will only be able to use Blind eye and no other Kekki-Genkki. This is because of the godmodding and Powerplaying rules. I've gotten a few complaints, and this is what it has come down to.

I find this slightly annoying. I think that you should be able to use both of your traits, but not at the same time. If you use one for too long, you can't activate the other. Just a suggestion.
