OOC: I just want this to be semi-casual, as in maximum is two paragraphs and minimum is three lines.
Kogashu Fuuma was wandering the Land of Rain, with really no objective in sight. He had just previously battled a really strong opponent, one who was strong enough to send him into two tail form. He continued to walk, his large Fuuma sword hanging on his back. He then encountered a small tea shop, in the middle of nowhere. He looked around, and noticed him in the shop were the only things in the area. Smiling dangerously, he went in.
"I would like a cup of tea please." He said to a woman, who served him and then asked him his bill. While sipping his tea he cleaved her in two, and didn't even act like it. He removed the cup from his lips as blood splattered his face. He was going to have fun.

A checklist sat in Neji's palm as he ran over the details of the mission. He had been assigned to gather intel on a small resistance group that had been amassing in the Hidden Rain. The entire group had mostly been all hype, not much of a threat at all. And so, after another uneventful mission, he was returning home.
He had paused to take a break at a small tea shop along the road. There wasn't much to look at - bare walls, blank sky, boring waiters. He thanked the waitress expressionlessly with a small nod as she set his tea down in front of him. Neji looked back up to see that the waitress was lingering over his shoulder, peering at the sheet. He curled it inconspicuously and looked up at her darkly, willing her to move on to the next table. She met his icy gaze and complied, rushing to place another cup of tea for a shady looking man with an impressive sword. Neji's eyes returned to his paper.
In an instant, cruel steel met flesh with an unmistakable sound. Blood rained from the edge of the blade, staining the ground red. Neji turned towards the sound and stood up instinctively, tense, muscles coiled like a stretched spring. He felt electrified as his eyes settled on the culprit. His eyes were glimmering with the satisfaction of a fresh kill. The man's face was calm and collected, as if the act of killing were almost pleasant. The woman's body hit the floor with a muffled thud, lifeless. This was not the first time that he had seen death, and yet he was still surprised by the abruptness of it.
"Hey, you," Neji called to the stranger, relaxing his position. He clenched his hands into fists, staring at him angularly. "What business did you have with that woman?"

Kogashu observed the young man walk in shortly after him. His eyes quickly lanced to him, and he noticed two things before he looked away to think of them. 'Konoha headband....Most likely a jounin. And those eyes. Is he blind?' Kogashu knew of the Byakugan and its powers, yet did not know about its basic appearance. He almost perked up when the shinobi spoke, and slammed his sword into the floor, wood splintering and the hard rock foundation cracking under the pressure as the blade lodged itself in the ground, standing upright. He turned to face the ninja, slowly, as if he didn't have a care in the world. Putting his right hand on the handle of his sword, he began to lean on it before speaking.
"Business with the women? Tea. That was my business with her. Now, as for my pleasure....well....you've already seen that." Kogashu's Oto headband caught some light from outside and shone for a moment, making his village allegiance very obvious. Oto and Konoha were not enemies, but they were on an incredibly fine line when it came to peace. He cleared his throat and looked at the man with an insane smile. "Why? Were you planning on doing something about it?"

Neji glowered at the ninja with narrow eyes. The man's headband bounced light rays from the window into his face tauntingly. The musical note carving was dark against the silver steel. Otogakure shinobi. Neji gritted his teeth, glaring at the ninja as he remembered his encounter with Orochimaru's forces so many years ago.
"It isn't any of my business, is it?" Neji asked the man. He stared at him levelly. Everyone in the shop was staring at them, frightened and breathless with chilling anticipation. "But, I suppose I can't let you alone with these people either, can I? Get on your way."

Kogashu had a bored look on his face. 'So much talking...why does he have to talk so much?' He scanned over the shinobi, taking in his appearance, and feeling for his chakra. He sensed a good sized amount from this guy, and by his appearance, he was probably a jounin. It could make for an interesting fight to say the least. He pulled his sword out of the ground and hefted it over his shoulder. "No. It isn't your business in the slightest." He began to turn around and head out the door.
He stood some feet in front of the entrance before doing handseals and spinning around. "Daitoppa - Great Breakthrough!" He brought one hand to his mouth, and sent out such a powerful gust of wind that it would level the shop in a matter of seconds.
