Meeting the Raikage (Reso and Raikage)

"Pleasure to meet you Taakuin Suuta, To me, you are a absolute stranger, therefor I will give you two minutes to tell me why you are lurking around in my village..." Even though this was a complete stranger, Tenshu is a polite man and will rather talk than fight. He withdrew his sword, making himself vulnerable for attacks, showing that he was willing to listen. "But I'm warning you, if you are wasting my time..... I'll give you a ticket out from this village faster than you can say electrified.." Even if Tenshu wanted to still be polite, he had to keep in mind that this was a stranger, without a headband. He could easily be a strong enemy....
A big flaw in Tenshus personality is that he easy trusts people, even though he might not always know them. This man was a this kind of man, could he be trusted? or should Tenshu draw his sword again... Tenshu decided to keep his eyes on the man, follow every movement he sees and never put his guard down.
But again, this man is strong, a battle of this power in the middle of the village could be fatal, he had to get a plan, what would he do if this man turned hostile, he needed him to get out of the village fast, before any damage are dealt, this suddenly became a target for national security. Tenshu swore when he took the job, to protect the people no matter what, it seems like he had to end this fast if it turned ugly, Tenshu really hope it wouldn't happen.

Taakuin nodded his head and said simply, "I need two of your strongest shinobi to help me combat the Akatsuki menace. Konoha has already agreed, and I need two from every village to help me out."

"I see" Tenshu replied and the conversation was followed by silence, *Akatsuki...huh* he though for himself. He wanted to stop Akatsuki but he wasn't to sure that he wanted to ally himself with anyone. Preferring to work alone and trusting noone... After a minute of silences, he speaks again. "Hmm... I'll give you permission for temporary access to my village.. Get two people of your liking and see me at my office..." Tenshu didn't want To have anything to do with the rest of the villages, even if the price were Akatsukis fall, he disliked it.

[Travishnu]

Taakuin shook his head. "Raikage, no disrespect, but you know your villagers better than I do, and to be completely honest I think that you would be able to find two S-level ninja within your village better than I can and get them to comply faster." He said respectfully. "I need your full support."

Tenshu knew that this stranger was right, but he didn't want to send two of his finest shinobis to battle the akatsuki. He had to make up his mind, but he couldn't, should he agree or decline?
He was silent for a few seconds before he open his mouth and said. "Very well then. This war is settled, I'll send you two of my closest shinobis. But I want to be kept updated on whats happening"
He would help, but just to see the akatsuki fall, he didn't trust this man, but he trusted his men. Its just a matter of time.

Taakuin bowed, "Of course, I wouldn't take two of your shinobi without reporting in." He stood up and said, "Tell them to meet me at the main gates, I'll be waiting." And with that he was gone

Maru was having much more luck than before. He created the hand seal of Tiger in front of him and concentrated, just on the soles of his feet. If you released chakra to walk up walls and to walk on water, then why not use it to fly in the air. He released a massive amount of fire chakra and actually lifted off several feet before releasing it and falling to the ground, coming to his knees. He smiled. Now he needed to get used to it, but at least he could do it now.
