Rikiddo Kouseki, having temporarily traded in his ANBU uniform for his blue and purple kimono, walked into the bar where he had been told he could find the man he was seeking. Sure enough there he sat at the bar, no doubt drinking sake or some other hard beverage. Rikiddo always felt uncomfortable in these places, as the strongest drink he ever ordered was green tea. He sat next to the man, and softly spoke. "Hello friend. My name is Rikiddo Kouseki, a member of the Konoha ANBU. I had a proposition for you, if you'd hear it."

Adamaru lifted his head off the counter of the bar as the man sat next to him. His eyes red and he showed clear signs of a massive hang over. "Don't yell." He told the man as the bar tender laid the egg in front of him. "Much appreciated Hideki." He told the man sitting next to him he would listen to what he had to say and indeed he listened but most of his attention went to making the hangover cure known commonly as a "Praire Oyster." He plugged his nose and downed the drink quickly, a large grimace scouring his face as it goes down.

Rikiddo looked on at this with apparent distaste, but continued regardless. "I've heard that you are a shinobi of some skill, and that is why I sought you out. I assume you've been aware of all the criminal activity that's been rampant around the countries as of late? It's obvious to see that the villages can't keep up with them. That's why I'm seeking out shinobi willing to join me in the Koma Organization, and together with them seek out and bring to justice these misdoers."

Adamaru grunted quietly and ran his hand through his hair. "Lord bless that prairie oyster." He said as it obviously took effect and removed him from the curse of the hangover. He turned to the man. "Yea i've stopped a couple of them." He said scratching his head and letting out a yawn. "These people don't planned to be stopped and they are quite skilled if i do say so myself." He lifted his hand and pointed at him. "The fact that you have a little group of friends who wanna stop them too mean absolutely nothing, i mean how do you plan to stop them? What makes you so much more capable of stopping them then the villages?" He would not allow someone to talk to him as though they knew what they were talking about unless they could prove that they did.

Rikiddo smiled as the man questioned him. "The villages have far to much on their plates to extend their hands too far away. As for why we could do better... Have you ever played shogi?" he asked, pulling out a small satchel from his kimono, and laying it out on the counter, spilling its contents. It contained a set of shogi pieces. He laid them out on the counter as though it were a shogi board. "Both you and your opponent have an array of pieces, many of them very powerful." He began moving the pieces, as though playing a game. "A novice at shogi would attempt to rush in and take the opponent's stronger pieces, but would easily be demolished." He played this scenario out with the pieces. "That is why one must take great care and use his wits, luring and manipulating his opponent, until he is in a position where he has been utterly trapped, but is totally unaware until five turns later." He moved the pieces around until he'd achieved an intricate checkmate. "It is not our force that will win us the day, but our minds. Strategy is key."

Adamaru watched the mans demonstration. As it came to a close he said. "Yes, strategy may indeed be the most important part of a war, but when you go for the trick play," he began moving pieces around. And you try to outwit your opponent with bells and whistles and flashy moves." He flicked the king off the board. "You forget what you are doing and you die. Sometimes, a strong fist is more important than a quick brain."

Rikiddo smiled. "You've got a fire in your belly. If you were from the Leaf, I'd say it were the Will of Fire." He chuckled a little. "Of course, you raise a fair point, and there is no way I can say the path is without its dangers. We are trying however to form a group with fists to match their minds." He sighed. "The truth of the matter is that there is a wide array of evildoers, and I feel obligated to make at least a dent. Akatsuki is yet in the distance for us, but some of the lower organizations we may be able to dismantle by picking off their members one at a time. There is one organization in particular, Zaiaku, which has seven, mostly reckless members. Just recently in fact, their Gluttony, Chikai Zetsumei, was said to have rampaged a pleasure town, killing twelve prostitutes before he made his withdrawl." Rikiddo smiled inwardly. Check. he thought.

That name...it brought an irk to him. "Chikai...Zetsumei...that man was, for lack of a better word, odd." He leaned his head popping his neck. "How soon do you expect to be going after him?" He asked intently. "I have a score to settle with that bastard." He continued on for several moments talking shit about Chikai. After it was done he finished his slurred rant off with; "That man is nuttier than squirrel shit." He cleared his throat and looked at Rikiddo, "Oh i'm sorry you were saying?"

And... checkmate. He thought. "I was saying that people like Chikai... they should be brought to justice. We will seek him out, along with the others and their allies, one by one. I would hate for you to miss it."

He sat up straight with his face showing him in thought. "Will I have to leave the village?" he explained that his genin team came first as it was his job to teach them, not mentioning that his team has yet to be assembled, and how he is duty bound to the village. "I will not defect from the village that gave me so much, but I'll kick as much ass as you want me to in order to get the preacher man."
