The blonde entered the room, which looked like nothing more than a slightly larger Academy room, except the walls were pure white, and the only pictures in the room were of the past Hokage.
He took his seat in the center seat in the forward facing long table in the front, facing the entire court room. ANBU, and squad leaders flanked and took his sides as cover and each except for the two flankers, sat down.
Naruto shuffled through a pile of papers that one of the ANBU handed him, a set of papers with identities and charges written on them.
"It would appear we have a rouge ninja on our hands." Naruto sighed and folded his hands, sitting forwards a bit in his seat.
"Iza is it? Are you aware of the charges being set against you?"

Yes it is lord hokage. And im totally aware of all charges against me, and i ask for a apologize so the light and leaf can be allies till the sun doesnt appear in the horizon anymore. I wanted to come to you first but i got spotted and let me be captured. That is the story. Iza looked up to the boy that used to be so lonely, she saw a older naruto then she knew and he was a lot more sure of himself

Naruto stared the girl in the eye as she spoke. He almost looked through her, looking at her emotion, if she was upset, or okay with her position.
His blue eyes pierced the courtroom, causing even ANBU to remain on guard, for if their Lord grew uncomfortable, it could mean trouble. Someone could be in the room that shouldn't be, or he could be getting upset over the situation.
"You see, Iza." Naruto sat straight in his seat and closed his eyes for a second, thinking. He opened them again.
"Murder...is a very delicate issue. We come from a world where murder is only defined by the rights of either being ASSIGNED to kill a person under the will of a village, or killing of one's will. Murder is the act of killing with no particular reason rather than to satisfy one's bloodthirsty desire. Now what I'm asking is, was this act provoked persay? Or was it on a whim?"

'' Lord hokage, do i look like a unsensable person to you?'' Iza looked up to Naruto with a sad smile on her face. '' i dont think so, it was for money and for money alone.'' she looked down again. '' but i know i shouldnt have done it in my old village that was bad'' i was just to upset to make a difference between money and lives i guess.'' Iza stepped forwars and reached for the hokage with her hand. '' lets just be allies''

Naruto nodded and sighed to himself.
One of the ANBU stepped closer to Naruto, with a scowl on his face. "Please remain in your seat. Under this courtroom, all are guilty unless his Lord wishes otherwise."
Naruto sat back in his seat and thought.
She did it for money...but the circumstances are way over our heads if it was so bad she was forced to be apprehended...
Kill her....put her to death..
"Iza, you do realize that through this attack, and the fact that you are under my eyes as a prisoner to the law, the alliance of the Light and Leaf is extremely fractured."
"Wars could erupt! Do you KNOW what position this puts me in?! It was difficult enough to put our neutrality with the Cloud forth, and then still manage to forge an alliance! There are spies everywhere, my OWN ANBU Black Ops could be plotting my death! And you...!" Naruto pointed a finger at the girl. "You DARE to threaten the safety of my land!?"
Two of the ANBU became uneasy and stepped forwards, closer to their Lord. They glanced at eachother quickly and a set of glances went down the ranks of ANBU.
"Be prepared for anything.." They whispered down the lines.
"I am a very, VERY reasonable person when it comes to putting down punishments. Very reasonable. And you...ugh...you put me in a very difficult position. I'm put between my duty as Lord Yondaime, and my duty as a fair and just person..."

Izas eyes became wet, she noticed that she was crying for the first time in 20 years. '' I know i have made much mistakes that are offending the alliance forged between our villages.'' she looked up her beautifull cheeks that where wet from the tears. '' Try to take my head if you want'' She looked to the lines of anbu and noticed their cautionous. Iza gathered chakra in her eyes waiting for the punishment to be told she looked to skikyo and knew that they were understanding eachother on that moment.

One of the ANBU whispered into Naruto's ear. "Lord Yondaime...would you like for the escorts to lead the girl to the chamber?"
"No...wait.." He whispered back slowly to the ANBU and kept his eyes on the girl.
"Obviously..you are either sincere..." Naruto thought a moment. "..or a very good actor..."
Naruto lifted his hand in a sideways wave, as was custom in preceding the punishment. He wavered for a moment and thought.
"I sentence you...to one month of life in Konohagakure. You are not permitted to return to your village or communicate with them until the one month mark is up. You must pay back your debt to our society. You may or may not, partake in missions for no monetary gain, run errands for myself and the others in the village, and be assistant to our Umino Iruka in his academy lessons."
Naruto sent a halfwave to the courtroom and stood to leave, flanked and surrounded by his ANBU.
Two ANBU came down to Shikyo. "We are to escort you out of range of Iza." They motioned for him to follow them.
Two more ANBU surrounded Iza. "Please follow us. No eye contact. We will escort you to your temporary abode."

''Thanks lord hokage i will do as you please, but before i do anything can someone please supply me with a new headband, my old one cracked.'' she smiled lightly as she stood there. She let the chakra out of her eyes not attempting to so the jutsu she had trained on for months. and she walked along with the ANBU to the village, maybe she would go home again.

The ANBU walking alongside Iza listened to their headsets a moment and leaned down to Iza.
"Lord Yondaime says he will have one of us bring you a temporary Leaf headband. It will be temporary, so keep that in mind and don't push yourself when you're using it, we can't afford to just toss out headbands." The other ANBU finished the message. "A package will arrive at your temporary home in a few hours. Expect it then"
