Shu took all the hits and went flying back. He lay still for a moment, as his skin returned to normal. Suddenly, his chakra aura turned black. He stood up, his skin incredibly pale. His Sharingan in Mangekyou form as the rest of his eye black. His teeth became pointed, and claws grew. He let out a growl, and disappeared, appearing next to Naruto.
He leaned in his ear and said, “I'll kill you.” However, his voice was demonic. He inhaled, and exhaled a jet of fire next to him, since he already did handsigns for it.

Interesting...he can hold handseals for so long and still maintain the chakra to perform them MINUTES later.
Time for fun, eh?
Oh...this will be fun alright
Naruto crouched into a four legged stance and completed his one tailed transformation, feeling the ground for a grip as his teeth jutted into fangs and his claws tore at his skin until they became long and sharp. His tail refined itself and gathered the chakra bubbles around to create a stronger veil around him.
He smiled to himself when Shu came to his side so quickly. He timed the ticks of chakra in the air with his enhanced senses.
Chakra seals...holding out...ready...TWIST
Naruto crouched and shot to the side with a sharp twisted strafe, flipping in the air and slamming down hard on the ground, tearing up soil as he gripped the ground with his claws.
He stood up, dusted his pants and formed a low Tiger seal, returning the chakra and transformation to the brinks of it's cage. He became completely human again.
"You must learn to control your demon!" He yelled from across the field.
"Command your demon to do your bidding! Do NOT let him get the best of you! With the seal, you are stronger than him!"

“Oh, he's here. Somewhat. Your seal gave him most of the control. I have to fight just to talk through him.” Shu smiled dangerously and put his hand out as a familiar swirl of chakra formed in his hand. “You should know this one very well, Naruto.”
As the Rasengan formed, the blue chakra became black as it mixed together. He ran at Naruto, Rasengan aimed for his chest. He had a plan all worked out. And he would first make him confident and relaxed through frontal assaults. Then, he shall use the art of deception, using his Mangekyou Sharingan, putting Naruto in a Genjutsu he couldn't tell that he was in.

Naruto stood with a saddened look on his face.
"Then you have no will. You aren't as strong of heart as I had expected. You're letting the demon WIN. Do you know how PATHETIC you sound?"
He formed a clone to take the Rasengan and he stood to the side, away from Shu.
"Is this how you're going to live? Just GIVE UP because I gave you the seal? The seal is a barrier, not a perfect defense. You lack everything I thought you had."
Naruto frowned and stared at the boy, arms crossed over his chest.

Shu twitched when Naruto told him to give up. “Never! I am going to be Hokage!” He did handsigns for Chidori. He could do Raikiri too, but it used up too much chakra. He surged chakra through his hands, and once again rushed at Naruto, locking eyes with him and activating Utakata. Naruto had been in this genjutsu before, Itachi put him in it once. While there is no way to detect it, you can dispel it.
To Naruto, nothing unordinary happened. He would believe Shu would keep attacking him. Shu merely rested for a moment, keeping his eyes closed.

Naruto crouched and twist-strafed again, flickering bside the genjutsu Shu.
Somethings wrong. I don't know what.
I know...but I want to see how long he can keep this up...I want to test his limits
"You're not going to become Hokage if you can't control yourself."
Naruto leaned down to the boy and smirked.
"You know what? You're weaker than I was when I was your age. I had restraint. I kept it inside me. I didn't even require the seal to control up to 4 tails. I only have the seal as a precaution-dattebayo."
"You have the seal, because I thought it would help you. Obviously. I was wrong."
Naruto flickered back once or twice and went to a neutral tone.
"So how long do you think you can hold your sharingan's abilities like this? Must take a hell of a lot of chakra. Not only that. There's concentration involved. You can concentrate on an EYE technique but not the thing that sleeps within you?!"

Shu went back to normal, but un the genjutsu, he had Naruto believe he went beserk. He didn't answer Naruto's question, only attacked. Well, the Genjutsu version did. The real Shu flickered behind Naruto and reached for the bell.

"Well, since you won't answer me. I'll show you a little something."
Naruto took the bell and detached it from his pants. Then he formed a clone which promptly took the bell and swallowed it before poofing.
"Oi, you want the bell? Only I know how to get it. By the way..."
Naruto tested a quick chakra spurt and noticed an upercurrent of chakra. Chakra almost visible in the air.
"You need to refine your genjutsu. To someone like me and my refined senses, finding chakra warps and blackholes in the jutsu is nothing to me." He put up a seal and focused into it, cursing a bit under his breath.
Chakra spurt around him in red and blue tremors, forcing a larger hole in the genjutsu.
"AAAAHH, DISPELL!"
The surrounding folded into themselves and Naruto soon recollected himself.
"I stand by what I said."

Shu jumped back, surprised. He was beginning to panic, because he thought he couldn't get the bell. Then he remembered what Itachi said. He told him, in a fight, let go of your emotions. Be calm and relaxed. Cold and efficient. Ruthless and Merciless. Emotions can get you killed, he said. Now, Shu was going to take his advice.
He returned his Sharingan to normal, and got into a fighting stance. He would defend, not attack this time. He stared into Naruto's eyes, his own reflecting cold and emotionless. The eyes of Itachi.

Within that instant of finally releasing the genjutsu around him, Naruto had formed several shadow clones that took the forms of basic items around the field.
Then...one of the four logs began to twitch.
Four logs?
The log burst into smoke, revealing two clones standing upright on the other's shoulders. They strafed separate ways and charged the side of Shu, aiming to knock him over.
A rock behind Shu poofed into a clone and charged him, trying to grap his arms and put them behind his back.
Another clone poofed and came overhead downwards to the ground, slamming a fist into the ground, tremoring it slightly.
"Oi, I believe the assignment was to take the bells from me. Not let me come to you. This is an offensive little exam.-dattebayo."
He crossed his arms over and sent two more clones at Shu.
"Lesson two, taijutsu."
Naruto held up the clone jutsu sign and focused.
"TAJUU KAGE BUNSHIN NO JUTSU!"
50 clones appeared and surrounded Shu.
Each one called out to Shu. "Bring it on!"
