With his organization Assassin Inc. nearly complete, Kumori began searching for capable Assassins to get it off the ground, he naturally went to the biggest village to begin his quest and wanted to gather ninja from many different villages to establish good links to all the villages.
As he walked through the streets of the leaf the sun beat down softly, and the wind was slightly picking up as the day was beautiful, he spied a tree in a park and decided to sit for a moment to help formulize a plan to find a capable assassin
Hmm, I guess i should sit here and think of a plan to find one, i mean do i really want an assassin that too easy to find in the first place

A single bug flew toward the assassin. It started to encircle the man, before finally sitting upon the tree. About a mile away, Shinto Aburame leaned aganst a tree. One of his routine bugs had found a chakra that didn't sound like it was from the leaf. Shinto quitly said to himself "Hmm...an intruder maybe?...from what village I wonder.." Shinto formed a hand seal and his body started to crumbel into bugs.
Back at the tree, thousands of bugs started to reform where the routine bug was at. Soon the bugs formed Shinto's form. Shinto was the first to speak to the man. "Who are you..." Shinto was ready if the man was to attack him. Shinto would not be caught off guard.

Kumori looked up from where he was sitting, and noticed the man standing in front of him, he then heard what he said and thought to himself
hmm i can't just say I'm here looking for a capable assassin in this village, but he looks as though he might now about this village and its people
He then stood up and looked the man in the eye
I'm Kumori Zetsumei from the Grass village, im with the grass ANBU, and I'm going from village to village collecting a list of the dangerous criminals and former criminals of the village so we can create a universal wanted list and list of ninja to keep an eye on, you think you could assist me

Shinto looked at the man. grass village eh....Shinto then eyed the man not saying anything. Shinto then said. "I refuse to tell you anything, until you so me prove from the grass village that you are their Anbu. As I know that most lower villages don't have Anbu. How do I know this? Why because I have been on many mission that involved being like a Anbu for many of the smaller villages, such as your grass."
Shinto finished speaking and waited for the so called grass-nin to speak his mind on the topic of false identity.

Luckily for Kumori the council of assassins had given him the gear to impersonate important grass figures when needed, including a grass ANBU badge
He then showed the ANBU badge to the man standing in front of him and put it back in his pocket
I understand your sceptiscm, the grass ANBU is newly established due to a rise in crime just another reason where making this list of wanted criminals and dangerous civilians

Shinto's eyes flashed over the ID badge of the grass shinobi before he put it up. strange....The hokage didn't get word of this change....being the stongest village out of the 5 major ones. Tsunade-sama should have gotten word...... Shinto quickly formed a plan. Shinto then began to speak once more.
"The hokage should have gotten word of this newly established Anbu squad. I' gonig to accompany you to our Hokage, as to clear up any loop ideas. If you refuse, I will have to take you in by force, and I really don't want to do that." Shinto finished speaking and awaited the ninja to consume the words that shinto had just spoken.

Kumori leaned against the tree and said casually
The Grass village operates on it's own accord, and isn't under the jurisdiction of the Hokage, as so she wouldn't be aware of this rather new establishment, I would also discourage you from using force as I would hate to ruin this beautiful day, now you aren't required to assist me in my mission, although it is for the betterment of the ninja world as a whole
As i can see that your not interested I'll take my leave from this park and continue my mission elsewhere in the village, i bid you adieu
Kumori leaned off the tree and began to travel in another direction hoping to find a better lead somewhere else in the vilalge

Shinto started to follow the man and contuined to talk. "The grass village is so low to the other villages that they don't need their own accord. Creating a Anbu squad that delt with gathering information from other villages should require the other villages, espically the 5 main villages to be aware of this, as to prepare a list of their endagered criminals. I would hop that the grass council would be smart enough to figure that put for themselves." Shinto finished speaking and stepped in front of the man, stopping his walk.

Shinto looked down and grinned widely, as he drew his dagger just enough for the metal to glare, while looking down he said
I would really recommend you take a different course of action in this matter
He then looked up and while staring him in the eye he said
It may not end the way you want it
he stepped to the side of the man and continued walking

Shinto let the way pass, however bugs started to surrond Shinto's body. Shinto then slowly rturned around to face the back of the assassin. Shinto then uttered one word that ment everything to his bugs. "Fly." Just then the thousands of bugs zoomed toward the grass nin's body, aiming to attach themselves and steal his chakra.
