Kusan uchiha was wandering oto.He thought to himself and said "Hmmmmm,if the sound nin are as strong as they say they are,this be a good place to start my organzation later." he countuied wlaking when he thought he heard something.He then acavted the blind eye and saw someone behind him by seeing natrual electricty and magnectic feild that came off the dude. he opened his mouth and said "Hello" then switched to his sharningan.

Kusan turned around and said "No problem here,Tatsui uchiha" he said then walked forward and said "I'm kusan uchiha,from the hidden star village,i came to talk to you" he said then de-acavted his sharningan

"I can't be your subordinate,but i will need your help" he said then acavted the sharningan "I need you to permit me access to build a building below your village,I will be beuilding one other the star village,the name of the group,is Kutsagoku,and we mainly need sound nin to operate the building here." he said then asked "I will go into further detail if you wish"

Kusan deacavated his as well and said "Kutsagoku is a organzation founded by me and another star nin,Kutsagoku goes to villages and takes it over,however,to do this,we need ninja,thats why we need you and the star village.The kutsa group goes in and attacks and gets command.Goku group goes and stations the villages allowing kutsa group to leave,and Goku group become new kage and high council.Thus,allowing both villages to get resources and expand its control." he said
