Kitru looked over at Rikiddo. "No.. I never did think of swordplay like that... I guess it does keep people from touching me." He smiled and looked at the ramen. It was larger than his usual, and he didn't know if he could finish it... he wasn't a big eater. "Shogi?" He looked back at Rikiddo, a bit surprised. "I've heard of it, but never played." He smiled and looked outside, beyond the little lanterns. "I heard about Nara Shikamaru being good at it, but I never really played much in the way of games." He smiled softly, his eyes relaxed. He often didn't go to these lengths in a conversation.

"Shogi is a game now, but it was created as a means of developing war strategies. Generals would play each other to sharpen their wit." He smiled. "I am rather fond of the game, though I fear that Shikamaru-san would defeat me if we were to play. Still, it rings a certain chord in my heart, and really brings me up." He paused for a moment, then continued. "There is an organization I have created, Koma, which is inspired by Shogi. We hunt down criminals, and bring them to justice without excessive force or accepting bounties. I'm looking for people with strength of heart and mind to join. I would love to have you, if you wished to accompany me in this endeavor. The choice is purely yours to make, however, and the offer stands, so you may take your time in making a decision."

Kitru looked up from his ramen, a bit confused. He really was pretty full, and the bowl didn't have much gone. He looked at Rikiddo, a bit unsure what to say. "You'd want a Chunin, someone who has so little experience compared to you, in your group? I'm not sure if I'm following. What do you do, besides track down criminals without harm? I mean... I can't be that great of use to you, Rikiddo?" He was obviously interested, but he didn't know what to really say until he was sure he heard right.
"Why want me?" He looked back to his ramen and slightly pushed it away. He had little appetite these days... But, he guessed, it was from his training. He didn't want to have to have big meals when off missions when he knew that often he couldn't even stop for a break while working. Not that he would want to, anyways.

"A Chuunin is just a budding Jounin." Rikiddo said, smiling. "The individual is what is important. I would take you over an ignorant man with years of combat experience any day. I want you because you and I are cut from the same cloth, and I can trust in your heart. More than anything else, this kind of sync is important to comrades."

Kitru watched Rikiddo. "What would I be doing?" He looked down at the counter, folding his hands into each other a little. It was a thinking motion, not agitated. He smiled softly... the idea did seem kind of appealing to the young man, yet he was a little hesitant.
"How many are in your group?"

"As it is now, there are three men in the organization, though I have my eyes on more. There is myself, the Jewel General, Raiden, the King General, and Adamaru, a Gold General. I'm seeing you as a Lance." He said thoughtfully, stroking his chin. "As for what you would be doing, that is your choice. You will never be forced to do anything against your will. What you will be able to do includes anything from reconnaissance to capture of criminals. If you decided to take part in these, you would usually be sent with a squad. As a Lance, I would be a usual travel companion. The King General and I tend to gravitate towards our respective halves of the organization."

Kitru smiled softly.. He nodded. "I see. Well..." He thought for a moment, then looked at his wrists. "I bet it'll be more fun than cutting. I'm in." He looked back up to Rikiddo. "Why trust me so much, though? That's what's confusing me." His eyes were a bit clouded, but nothing major. It seemed questions more than anything else.

Rikiddo thought in silence for a moment, then looked to Kitru. "I can't say for certain. You just seem... human. I like that about you, Kitru. You're more human than most." He shook his head and laughed. "Most would say that's a reason I should mistrust you, but I think they are missing the point of what humanity truly is." He reached out to shake Kitru's hand. "Welcome to Koma." he said.

Kitru looked over and nodded, smiling. "I guess I should thank you. I really had little left in my heart besides pain. Seriously... I thank you a lot, my friend." Kitru nodded to him and took his hand. Kitru's own hand was scarred, yet was incredibly gentle. "You say I'm human... I guess I am, a little. I plan to be a Kage one day... I have an idea I want to start up." He smiled softly, his eyes passionate.
"To make a village a family. I mean, a real family, where everyone is to blame if something happens. But, it'll be be like there's never been before. I really want to make a village that loves each other. Not just a group of people living in the same place. I'm just a villager, a nin here. I want to be a friend, too. I wonder if one day, you'll help me acquire my dream."

"As you move closer to realizing your dreams, you'll find that I only pointed you in the right direction. You'll see that you have been the key to your own successes all along. I can see already that this will be true." An odd sensation could be felt in Kitru's palm, like syrup swirling in his hand. Suddenly the sensation turned to a small amount of weight, solidified. It was as if he were holding a small stone. As Rikiddo let go, it was revealed to be a small, crystal replica of the 'Lance' shogi piece. Rikiddo finished his bowl, then bowed to the owner, laying payment for both orders on the counter. "Arigatou." he said, then turned to Kitru. "Sayonara, Kitru-san. I hope to see you again soon." he smiled warmly, then turned to leave.
