*Tane Naoki*
Tane slowly drifted to sleep, only to jerk awake at regular intervals as he laid on the ground, propped up against a tree. He was in the middle of a forest somewhere in the Fire Country, next to a crystal clear lake. He didn't remember why he was walking this way, or which way he was even walking, but he had found this spot nice. It was beautiful and clear, just the place for someone to get completely drunk if they wanted to. He gulped down another small cup of sake and refilled it, laughing when a small bird pinwheeled across the sky.
*Maru Maru*
Maru soared over the forest, slowing down because he had just crossed the Fire Country's border, and the ninja who had been chasing him from their country, he was hoping, wouldn't chase him past the border. So he felt it might be ok to slow down a little and save some steam. He jumped from one branch, flipping over backwards and grabbed one, and then ran down the trunk to the forest floor, seeing a crystal clear lake. He needed something to drink, but he also needed to be careful. He looked around and didn't see anyone, and nothing looked suspicious. He walked out and began cupping his hands and drinking small handfuls of water, keeping a watchful eye out. Just then he heard laughter ring out and he was on his feet. His ANBU cloak kept him from getting to his Small sword, but he grabbed a kunai and held it at the ready. He looked over to see a dirty old man dozing at the base of a tree, laughing at a bird flying over head. Maru slipped down under the cat tails growing near him, hoping the man hadn't seen him.

Yuina stepped across the clear lake slowly, humming as she went. A few minutes before she had been on her way to Konoha, before getting distracted by a beautiful butterfly. After that... Well, she was somewhat lost. So the next best option wasn't to search for the nearest chakra, but to look around the lake. She could already sense the presence of other shinobi, but she didn't ever seem to pay attention. Her blonde hair blew around her face, obscuring her view of the clear water. Yuina stopped, and set her hair behind her ears before continuing on around the water.
After a few more minutes of dancing on water, Yuina stepped closer to shore. She wanted to follow some strange creature again, instead of getting back on track. There was sure to be some cute thing here in Fire Country. Her home was boring, since it was all sand. Nothing interesting ever happened there. She smiled as she noticed a small bug, and quickly followed it. As she walked, she didn't noticed how she was slowly getting closer to a drunken man.

Falling back to sleep again, Tane's sake gourd fell out of his hand and rolled down the bank and lightly touched the other Shinobi's Zori, her ninja Sandals. He jerked back awake and looked at his hand, realizing that the gourd was no longer there. He jumped up and began looking for it franticly.
*Maru*
Maru watched as another player entered the scene, looking at something that Maru couldn't quite make out. From his vantage through his eye holes he could see that she looked fairly attractive, but quite oblivious to the possible danger lurking right behind her. Quiet as a shadow he slipped under the water and swam closer to shore, to observe closer and be there at a moments notice to stop a fight.

Yuina was surprised when she suddenly felt something hit her feet. At first she ignored it, and continued to watch the little bug flying around. Giggling, she reached out for the colorful creature, in an attempt to grab it in her hand. Right as her fingertips glazed it, it flew up high, out of her sight. Frowning, she looked down, her silver-blue eyes just catching the shininess of the bottle at her feet. Squatting down, she poked the bottle. Scratching her head, Yuina looked up, finally noticing the drunken shinobi.
"Is this yours?" Yuina asked in her soft voice, looking at the man. In the back of her mind, she noticed the other chakra coming closer, but just ignored it. Waiting for the others reply, Yuina poked and prodded the bottle, loving the shine it had.

Tane was horrified as the sake was leaking out of the gourd, and more came out everytime the woman touched it. He dove for the ground, and grabbed the bottle, pointing an accusing finger at her, he said, "Howsh dare you washted my prechious liquor of life." He began sipping from the bottle, hoping there was still a lot left. He finished and propped himself up to his feet and turned around and poked her in the nose, "Bad girl, bad bad bad girl." He turned and decided to return to his tree, reaching in his pocket for his cup, only to realize it was still on the ground. He picked it up and sat by the tree again.

Realizing that the man was drunk Maru almost let out a deep breath of happiness. Although a drunken man could still attack, he was less of a danger. The girl had seemed fascinated by the bottle, he wondered what it was about it. He moved closer still, seeing Tane's headband on his neck and recognizing him as a Missing Nin from the Sound Village, Tane Naoki. There were lots of secrets to be learned from this man. He realized he must attack once the girl left.

Yuina watched as the man freaked out over the little liquid leaking out of the bottle. She didn't understand it at all, but she didn't really understand much at all anyways. Tilting her head, Yuina furrowed her eyebrows, "What is it? Why is it important?" she asked both quietly, slightly afraid of the strange man. Her eyes followed him as he moved, her head still tilted. He was strange, for sure. Though she had no idea why he was so weird.
"Eek!" Yuina exclaimed, her nose being poked. Looking at the man angrily, she stuck out her tongue. He wasn't nice, she could tell. Suddenly looking over, she noticed a small bug flying around her head. It looked similar to the one before, and completely distracted her. She stood and followed it, forgetting about the man already.

Tane was dumb founded why anyone would ask why Alcohol was so important...it was the most important thing of life!!! He picked up a rock and threw it at the girl, making it bounce off her stomach he said, "Why don't you have a taste, and see if you like it." He poured her a cup and held it out to her.
*Maru*
If the girl took the drink, this would be a little more difficult than he had though. he couldnt stay underwater forever, he was nearing his limit. He pulled out a kunai and began prepairing his chakra for quick use.

Yuina continued to watch the bug fly around, the colors shining against the sunlight that came in through the few clouds. She lost her concentration as the rock hit her. She grunted in pain, and turned back to the man, who was holding a cup of the liquid. Tempted to hurt the man, Yuina glared. Which, coming from her, wasn't too scary. Slowly, she looked over at the cup, the light gleaming off the liquid. "I can't take it." Yuina tilted her head, "I'm not suppose to take thins from strangers."
Standing up, Yuina crossed her arms. She continued to look around, attempting to locate the bug from before. Her eyes scanned the water, where she noticed movement. Of course, she ignored it, not wanting to chase fish at the time.

"Well its also rude to ignore presents fro everyone else too, just a little sip, you'll enjoy it." He held out the cup to her and smiled. Just then out of the water flew two shuriken, one smashing the cup in his hand, and the other pinning his shirt to the tree behind him. Yelling in surprise, Tane jumped up, chakra surging through his body as it began to displace hundreds of small seeds that were in different places all over his body along with dirt and other collectibles. He ripped his shirt, leaving a piece on the tree and picked up his staff. "Who the hellsh throwing these thingsh?!" He took another sip of his Sake
*Maru*
Maru threw the two shuriken and watched in satisfaction as they hit their mark, though was disappointed when Tane still stood up and said something. Maru took this oppertunity to blast out of the water on to the shore, standing in front of the girl saying, "Tane Naoki, I'm here to escort you to Konoha, your body holds a lot of secrets about your clan and it would be in our best interest to get all of them we can." He pulled out his kunai and crouched slowly. "Please, don't try anything," He said to the girl, "He is dangerous"

Yuina glared at the man, "Mother doesn't let me accept things from strangers." she was about to continue when the shuriken suddenly appeared, hitting the cup and shirt. She jumped back, immediately becoming focused on protecting herself. She grabbed a kunai out of her side pouch and looked over at the drunken man. The shuriken pinning his shirt to the tree was shiny, but she knew she had to stay focused.
Yuina turned to face the water just as the man blast out of it. She didn't like him standing in front of her, but she let him be as he spoke to the strange man. "Oh. Konoha..." Yuina said quietly to herself, remembering her previous plans again. Her eyes watched the man in front of her, and she tilted her head, "He doesn't seem very dangerous...."
